Customer Service Was On Point, Atmosphere Is Great As Well. Although Food Wasn’t As Tasty As The Last 2 Jerseys Mike’s That Ive Been To , My #43 Sandwich Tasted So Off & I Just Didn’t Feel Good Afterwards Like My Bell Peppers & Jalapeños Wasn’t Cooked Fully They Were Dry & My Cheese Well From The Looks Of The Sandwich It Wasnt Melted Like Im Usta Having It. Meat Wasn’t Juice & Tbh The Whole Sandwich Was A 4/10 . This Is One Location I Don’t See Myself Coming Back To

Great place to enjoy a nice sub sandwich. Prices are very reasonable especially with current economy and inflation. The staff is always pleasant, efficient and informative. Located in the shopping mall area closer to target store. They offer professional deals online amd also mailers you recieve in mail. They only have one or two items for vegan and vegetarians. Would be better to increase more options in the future. Nice size sandwiches that are filling. They offer a free sub through app on your birthday. Once a year they offer a non profit day where all proceeds from sales goes 100% to their sponsored non profit. Enjoy!

I love Jersey Mike's subs. I always get the Italian with Mike's way. I love the flavors of this sandwich. Staff was very friendly. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. Made my sandwich fast and to order.

Being from NewJersey, but living in Texas for 30 years now. When your stores started opening in our region of Texas, we were ecstatic. We’re retired now and it fits in our budget. We order on line and arrange for pick up in an hour. My favorite is the portobello/ Cheesesteak sandwich. We couldn’t find it on the website. Ordered something else. When picking up I asked the associate if it was discontinued. She said “no it’s still available “. Informed her about it missing online. Another associate said they were out of mushrooms, that’s why. Two weeks later. It happened again. What’s up with that? I really like that hot sub.

The Big Kahuna is great. The cashier handled a confrontation with a customer while I was eating in the dining room tonight. The customer was loud and belligerent, she handled it professionally. The customer kept asking for her name and telling the employee she was rude, I did not get that impression. The customer raised his voice, he was out of line. You did good, girl!! Shake it off #safetyvest

There's a reason why this place has bad reviews. First time to this place and my last time, subs are way smaller for the price, they have competition that offers better subs and the service was not the best. I know I came ten minutes before closing time and the service was not the best, perhaps for the time I came in. No worries, my last time at this place!

I wish I had the employees name that was very rude to me. I ran in to pick up an online order while on a meeting with one other person. I forgot my earbuds but figure it was okay since it was an order I can just grab and go. When I asked for my order she proceeded to tell me to get out of the store (5 seconds before handing me my order) because “nobody wants to hear that” which mind you there was someone else behind me on the phone on speaker who was there well before I entered the store, I just told her my name for the order like she asked so it’s not like I was ignoring her for my phone or anything she just came at me rude. Because of her actions I won’t be visiting again. I know this won’t do much but I hope her leadership sees this and corrects her actions.

Took my whole lunch away starting at others being catered too after my order was placed 30 minutes prior to entering the establishment. The fake "general" manager claimed he owned the store and wouldn't assist me any further (no customer service, no apologies, no fixing, no nothing) just a refund and good luck -> also refused to give me any contact information for anyone above him.. like he owns Jersey Mikes and his first name is MikeI wouldn't order my food at any time you are in a crunch from here especially when you can't even get the right attitude on mistakesEver since Covid these places have went to the trash... I can make my own sandwich with my own attitudes

I've been to a lot of Jersey Mikes, and this location is by far the worst. Employees had zero interaction with us when we came thru the door and couldn't remember what you ordered even after you told them 3 times. Food was good as always, but the Manger/owner needs to clean house here and start over with the employees who look like they don't completely hate their jobs.

Yum! The Italian, Mike’s way! Service was quick. After I ate, I also ordered a sandwich to go…I either ordered wrong or she paid attention wrong, but regardless, the togo order was promptly fixed and I was out the door with a full tummy and a smile on my face! I can’t believe this was my first visit to a Jersey Mike’s, but I’ll definitely be back :)
