The Big Kahuna is great. The cashier handled a confrontation with a customer while I was eating in the dining room tonight. The customer was loud and belligerent, she handled it professionally. The customer kept asking for her name and telling the employee she was rude, I did not get that impression. The customer raised his voice, he was out of line. You did good, girl!! Shake it off #safetyvest

There's a reason why this place has bad reviews. First time to this place and my last time, subs are way smaller for the price, they have competition that offers better subs and the service was not the best. I know I came ten minutes before closing time and the service was not the best, perhaps for the time I came in. No worries, my last time at this place!

I wish I had the employees name that was very rude to me. I ran in to pick up an online order while on a meeting with one other person. I forgot my earbuds but figure it was okay since it was an order I can just grab and go. When I asked for my order she proceeded to tell me to get out of the store (5 seconds before handing me my order) because “nobody wants to hear that” which mind you there was someone else behind me on the phone on speaker who was there well before I entered the store, I just told her my name for the order like she asked so it’s not like I was ignoring her for my phone or anything she just came at me rude. Because of her actions I won’t be visiting again. I know this won’t do much but I hope her leadership sees this and corrects her actions.

Took my whole lunch away starting at others being catered too after my order was placed 30 minutes prior to entering the establishment. The fake "general" manager claimed he owned the store and wouldn't assist me any further (no customer service, no apologies, no fixing, no nothing) just a refund and good luck -> also refused to give me any contact information for anyone above him.. like he owns Jersey Mikes and his first name is MikeI wouldn't order my food at any time you are in a crunch from here especially when you can't even get the right attitude on mistakesEver since Covid these places have went to the trash... I can make my own sandwich with my own attitudes

Yum! The Italian, Mike’s way! Service was quick. After I ate, I also ordered a sandwich to go…I either ordered wrong or she paid attention wrong, but regardless, the togo order was promptly fixed and I was out the door with a full tummy and a smile on my face! I can’t believe this was my first visit to a Jersey Mike’s, but I’ll definitely be back :)

I picked up a ham and provolone cheese sandwich for me and my son like I always do when I got home it was wrong. I called the store and she said I ordered it Mike’s way and I told her if I did that was a mistake I just get lettuce, tomato pickles, and mayonnaise, and she said well that’s the way you ordered it she didn’t offer to make me another one or had no compassion. I told her I’d never go back to that store again. I’ll drive further to another store than to go back there, she was really rude and had no compassion. Didn’t say I’m sorry I’ve ordered online before but if I punch something wrong, I didn’t mean to but she could’ve at least been have a little compassion.

I got a giant last night, but I didn't ask for enough lettuce and tomatoes. I went back today on my way home, asked to pay for not Mike's Way, and was given it. Just love the vibe, that's why I suggested we all eat here last night. Forgot to get my points, not man that stubborn black cherry soda makes you forget, real easy.You can't beat the quality. The oil and vinegar are top notch. Yeah they slice freshly. But the oil richness and acidity of vinegar are perfect. If they had a caprese sub, I'd die. Few places source actual good tasting oils and vinegars.Colton was great, dude had a great attitude. He didn't hesitate to help me. I was more than willing to buy some lettuce tomatoes and vinaigrette. It's sweet I didn't have to after buying everyone's meal last night. I'll be back with the team, for sure. Way to run a top notch business.

Food is great.Warning!!! Take a heavy coat with you. This is hands down the coldest restaurant you'll ever eat at. They must keep the temperature at 60 degrees. I asked why they had it so cold and they just laughed. I'm sorry but y'all have forced us to have to go to Schlotzsky's instead. Sucks because we really like your food.
