Problem isn’t Jimmy John’s. It’s the terrible Uber driver that I had to chase 1/2 down my street to get my order. I don’t think she can read. I have no clue how she got a job w Uber. I finally stopped her at 930. I live at 922. It also took her 20 minutes to drive less than 2 miles. Terrible. Sandwiches were cold and soggy.

They must have new management. As this once fiercely fast and efficient eatery has dropped the ball. Maybe one day they’ll get it back. Slower service and mediocre customer facing staff.

Arrived at 9:45pm to get a quick drive through sandwich and was told the toaster had been turned off so the sandwich wouldn’t be toasted (as it’s supposed to be). Coming from someone who worked in the fast food industry, if your sign says 10, you shut things off at 10. That’s what good customer service is. If you want to leave at 10, get a different shift. The last time i came in the evening, they ran out of bread. I come here all the time and the day crew is so much nicer and accommodating. Save your money if you come passed 6pm.

Went to your store the other day, I was a walk in customer. I odered a sandwich and asked for extra onion and extra tomato. As usual, the sandwich was made freaky fast and, as ususual, it was WRONG. The sandwich had no extra tomato and NO onions. They're ALWAYS WRONG. From now on, because this isn't the first time, I will go to JERSEY MIKES..

As a general rule of thumb, it's best to put lettuce and tomato on a sandwich after it's been toasted. Idk if that's JJs process, but they should consider changing that. This simple step changes the flavor entirely. Soggy lettuce on a sandwich? No, thank you.

This was my first time coming here. My food was tasty and fresh. My order was correct and the staff was nice as well. They were working very hard to complete all the orders they had. I did not see any of them not working so I didn't mind waiting. I'll definitely return.

Horrible. I placed our food order 24 hours in advance, our food was supposed to be delivered by 10:00am. At 10:00am, no food arrived. Talked to the employee on the phone and he just gave me multiple excuses on why the food wasn't ready yet and they just started making our order at 10:15am. Unacceptable. I then drove to the store at 10:30am to try and pick up the delivery order to get it as fast as I could, and they still hadn't left with the order to deliver to us. As I loaded the order into my car, the employee had the audacity to tell me that he noticed their wasn't a tip on the receipt. No employee will ever receive a tip when the food order is very late. Way to rub someone the wrong way. I will not be ordering catering from this location again. The store had been open in plenty of time to make 10 sandwiches and deliver them to us at the allotted time. Very disappointed.
The Lewisville Jimmy johns on main street has to be the worst one ever. Management is poor, delivery is very very late like an hour or more, slow, lose orders when placed online and they are always rude even when you order at the drive thru menu they are rude. My last time going to there was this last Saturday and I won't go again. It was just the last time trying to give them one more chance but nope, still horrible. Avoid.

I ordered & paid online before I left home. I pulled up to the order mic and was greeted cheerfully. Gave my name, rolled up to the window and there it was... my order for three of us properly prepared & labeled. "Here ya go, sir." and away I sped home. Fast. Accurate. DELICIOUS.

Placed my order, been 40 minutes since it said it was out for delivery, no food. I called, they said it’s a new girl training, and to just wait. Training is not an excuse for almost an hour wait. This location is just getting worse.

This place is going down hill fast. The guys in front don't care, you can't hear them on the speaker in the drive through. Honestly for $10 bucks a sandwich this place sucks. Sad because it used to be the place to go for fast, great service now it's just lost. Fix this place please! Be better! Everytime I pick up food I have to go home and fix my sandwich myself. Getting tired fast.
