Horrible. I placed our food order 24 hours in advance, our food was supposed to be delivered by 10:00am. At 10:00am, no food arrived. Talked to the employee on the phone and he just gave me multiple excuses on why the food wasn't ready yet and they just started making our order at 10:15am. Unacceptable. I then drove to the store at 10:30am to try and pick up the delivery order to get it as fast as I could, and they still hadn't left with the order to deliver to us. As I loaded the order into my car, the employee had the audacity to tell me that he noticed their wasn't a tip on the receipt. No employee will ever receive a tip when the food order is very late. Way to rub someone the wrong way. I will not be ordering catering from this location again. The store had been open in plenty of time to make 10 sandwiches and deliver them to us at the allotted time. Very disappointed.

I ordered & paid online before I left home. I pulled up to the order mic and was greeted cheerfully. Gave my name, rolled up to the window and there it was... my order for three of us properly prepared & labeled. "Here ya go, sir." and away I sped home. Fast. Accurate. DELICIOUS.

Placed my order, been 40 minutes since it said it was out for delivery, no food. I called, they said it’s a new girl training, and to just wait.
Training is not an excuse for almost an hour wait. This location is just getting worse.

This place is going down hill fast. The guys in front don't care, you can't hear them on the speaker in the drive through. Honestly for $10 bucks a sandwich this place sucks. Sad because it used to be the place to go for fast, great service now it's just lost. Fix this place please! Be better! Everytime I pick up food I have to go home and fix my sandwich myself. Getting tired fast.

Delivery driver was super late (Jimmy Johns is NOT "freaky fast") and wouldn't give me my food until he was done reprimanding me for not answering the phone when he called to ask for directions. My building isn't hard to find, I gave clear directions on my order, and he called from his personal phone so of course I'm not gonna answer an unknown number. So he chews me out for that and says if I don't answer my phone the delivery driver will just skip my order and not deliver. I say "okay thanks, I'll know for next time," and reach for my food and he still is holding it away from me. He circles the "tip" line on the receipt and hands me the receipt and a pen. He then proceeds to stare at me while I sign, seeing how much I will tip him (even though there's already a delivery fee on top of a crazy expensive order). I don't feel like tipping much since he was late and he scolded me before even saying hello. I did tip, but he didn't like what I gave him and made a big show of glaring at the receipt and walking out real slow. I open my order and it's not even what I ordered. Not sure if all the soggy bread crumbs were supposed to be croutons but this is just disgusting and ridiculous. Hate this place and their service.

I always forget not to order from them. Once they delivered to the wrong house. The neighbor brought the food to us. This time I ordered at 5:05pm, it is 6:40pm and no food. I was told they were understaffed. The msn who answered was nice, but my food isn’t here almost 2 hours later.

So I placed an online order, paid the 4.99 delivery charge plus tip and it takes well over an hour for my delivery and then when I called, I was told they didn't have any drivers and had to go third party. So you still charge me for your delivery although I could have ordered third party without the service charge. Oh the whipped cream, they forgot part of my order. Not real happy with them now

This place clearly needs help- I just spent over 30 mins in drive thru. I had to wait a solid 5 mins just to place my order- and then once at the window, after paying- watch them make and hand out the online/take out orders. After waiting another 7 mins at the window- I finally got my order. This is absolutely insane considering they’re “freaky fast” … not today

If I could give this store no stars I would. Everytime I give them a chance to try again and prove me wrong it's another terrible time. From putting ham on a Turkey sandwich three times and laughing each time to "delivering" sandwiches that never arrived. No number apologies or free sandwiches can fix consistently poor service.

This place is 1 mile away but I can go there I have to go 2.5 miles away to get a good sandwich at another location. The bread was hard as a rock. I gave them chance after chance and bread was always hard as a rock and waste of my time on lunch break.
