The Owner or Manager is very Rude! I am Disabled and I ask every time to please cut the sandwiches in half, so once again I called to say that I requested that the sandwiches be cut in half and he hung up on me, now this isn’t the first time last time I ordered and called him about it he yelled at me and hung up! Dude if you are not happy with your job then Quit! Because you make other people who have always enjoyed going to Jimmy John’s on Main st. in Lewisville unhappy.?

Anyone who has worked in the service industry knows that shifts can feel like an eternity, and we all need a coworker keeping our energy up, and keeping us accountable.Essent, the gentleman I’m referring to, has great customer service, warmth, and efficiency.This location is clean, and our favorite one to go to, even though there’s another spot closer to us.

Ordered a sandwich for delivery while stuck at work on a 12 hour shift. Over 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Still no food. My work is exactly 1.2 miles away. 7 minute drive. This is ridiculous. Word of advice. Order anything else but Jimmy John’s for lunch.

First n foremost the guy in the drive thru today was rude as all get out, he pushed my food out and didn't have the order correct. I then told him sir my chips are wrong which he proceeded to huff n puff then shove them into me. Upon getting home I open the food to find no quality what so ever, the tomatoes are quarter sized and are all the butt ends of them. The lack of training and customer service at this store is horrendous.

NEVER do delivery with them. I placed a mobile order for 2:06 and i had to call at 2:50pm because my sandwhich was still not here. i literally live 10 minutes away and spoke with the manager who had 0 customer service skills and was completely unapologetic. She had the driver cancel the order and i got a refund after having to tell her that it should never take that long for a delivery. In my opinion, i should have gotten the sandwhich AND a refund.
