Poor customer service, the black lady working there is very rude. And everyone else is just quiet, not welcoming at all. They didn’t even bag my sandwich and when I ask they said “bags are there”.
I ordered a #9. Usually when you order by number and don’t specify “just the sandwich “ and if they don’t ask either I assume it’s the combo. Which is what happened today. They didn’t bag my sandwich why would they hand me my cup right!?
I assumed I paid for a combo and grabbed my cup, begin to fill it with ice.
When the black lady rudely asked if I paid for a combo.
I said yes, can you verify? She responded “no you only paid for the sandwich “ I explained why I thought I had paid for the combo and to charge me the rest. While everyone else was just staring I paid the difference which I paid more than paying for a combo in the end.
They rang up chips and drink separately vs a combo.
Thank God we have a great self employed job to pay for a combo ( chips and drinks ) and even if I didn’t, I wouldn’t be stealing no chips and drink.
In the end I let my husband eat that sandwich 😅 I ended up at the Pho place down the street. 🍜

They delivered my food to the wrong building. They offered to bring me the same food that had already been delivered to a hotel! Gross! 🤮

I had ordered on Saturday and my chicken ranch sandwich did not have any chicken on it! I called and spoke to the manager he said he will credit me back for another sandwich i just need to call and order under my phone number. I did that on my lunch break and they said it will be ready by 1:30. I go to pick it up and they say there is nothing for me. They said they need to confirm with the night manager that they put chicken. I didn’t even go at night i went in the morning.apparently they think I am lying. I just wanted a decent sandwich for what i paid for. They wouldn’t make a sandwich for me. Made me drive all the way there and wasted my lunch break. Went back to work with no lunch. Horrible customer service. Never going back there again.

Poor customer service, the minute we walked in the cashier wasn’t very welcoming. Just very quiet and seemed like she had an attitude. The gentlemen who made our sandwich was great. At the very end of it when they told us our sandwiches was ready they didn’t bag them or even try to attempt to. When we asked for a bag they didn’t even ask if they could help or nothing just handed a bag to us. Then when we got home the sandwiches was poorly wrapped. Just a mess. Thank you to the gentleman who was actually welcoming and attentive to us. Both the ladies working there tonight wasn’t. We usually love this location but tonight just make us feel that way no more.

I order from the drive through at this location quite often and typically the same young man takes my order, always very respectful, communicates very clearly and collectively. His name is O’ryon I believe… kudos to this young man and his professionalism!👍

I stopped by this Jimmy John’s today to get a bite to eat after my scooter ride. I ordered the spicy Italian 8 inch sandwich. Service is fast and before I was able to get my glass of water my sandwich was already ready. The sandwich was delicious. This location has a drive-through so if you don’t want to go inside the store, you can order from the drive-through.
