Disappointed that the turkey sub had a few strips of Turley with mostly lettuc and tomato. Not sure if I got short changed on the amount of turkey for an $11 combo.

I just got home with 2 Tuna sandwiches. To my surprise, they were mostly lettuce sandwiches. Please don't fool customers. I'd appreciate it.

They were very friendly and the cashier took my order over the phone and thought it was for delivery, but I told him I would pick it up. When I got to the store they informed me that there was a delivery fee on the bill and they gave me the option of a cookie to cover the delivery fee that was equivalent to the charge. I just gave it to my girls . But that was appreciated.

So this store is JJ #0889 called twice for my delivery order because ive been waiting 2 hours. 1st time i called they said they were busy so its taking longer than expected so i gave them the benefit. Waited another hour then tried to call and cancel because i had to leave and i wouldnt be here he didnt say anything just hung up on me and when i tried calling back no answer. The picture just shows how long it took from ordering till delivery. Place is horribly ran says it delivered and never did.

Johnny Kuo did a great job as a GM with fixing my sandwich. He was very quick and intentional to make sure I had a good experience here. I appreciate it him to the utmost.

First time trying a JJ. We’ve all heard their commercials and I passed by one and was in the mood for a sandwich so I figured I would give them a shot.-Hardly NO parking. Almost got ran over by one their delivery drivers trying to come inside.. I guess that’s how they deliver so fast, people on hoods of their cars or not.-SMALL dining room. Maybe 5 tables and a booth. Definitely can tell the bulk of their business is TOGO, not dine in.-Was met with a “hello” without anyone even looking in my direction. Was off putting to feel as being in their way by coming in and ordering.-Saw their new Kickin Cajun Chicken sandwich. Looked good so I ordered it. No, lettuce or onion. Have to go back to work, didn’t want to be smelling like onions.-Very disappointed. Who wants to eat cold “rotisserie” style chicken? Bread was cold, meat was cold and, I guess, that’s how they serve it because I wasn’t asked if I wanted it hot.$12 for a cold sandwhich, bag of chips and a water. Not the worst price but I’m thinking JJ is a one and done for me.

I was at a volleyball tournament at MAC, where you do not surrender your parking spot. Ordered JJ and they met me in the parking lot. Quick, order was accurate, and the driver was very friendly. Definitely recommend if your kids' games at MAC are holding you hostage.

I work down the way at PACCAR, and I went to JJ for lunch today (12/11/23). I was treated with absolutely fantastic customer service, and my sandwich was on point. I’ve always received great customer service at this location, but the fellas that were on shift today, were all top notch and seem to work well together.
