This place is one of the best sub sandwiches you can ever find. Not just the food tastes good but the service was great I've been here numerous times I've met Jeremiah and Chris they are really great very family-oriented I highly recommend

The tip I placed online did not match up with what the uber delivery person received. So someone is getting a cut for doing nothing.

Ordered through the jj app, an hour later, still no food. Called the store and some dude picked up and hung up after I started talking, called again no answer. They took my money and I never got my food. Used to eat quite frequently, wont ever be going back to JJs ever again.
Update: food arrived 2 hours later....like is this a joke? An hour in I gave up and ordered some other food though uber and that came in and I was done eating when this sandwich arrived.

I walked in the door and was greeted promptly by Kendarias! He really embodied giving a high level of customer service. I was made aware that I now have the option to toast my sub at Jimmy John’s and that’s a big deal for me.
Kendarias also included his co-worker Aaron in our conversation, in which he was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
My toasted #16 Club Lulu tasted phenomenal!!!

My day was mid… without much pizazz or joy… then my wife suggested Jimmy John’s for some road food… and boom! I ordered a Spicy Italian and my day immediately filled with awesomeness! The sandwich was so insanely delicious that all my troubles melted away and I lived happily ever after!
If I could rate 6 stars I would! Road food perfection!
