I walked in the door and was greeted promptly by Kendarias! He really embodied giving a high level of customer service. I was made aware that I now have the option to toast my sub at Jimmy John’s and that’s a big deal for me.
Kendarias also included his co-worker Aaron in our conversation, in which he was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

My day was mid… without much pizazz or joy… then my wife suggested Jimmy John’s for some road food… and boom! I ordered a Spicy Italian and my day immediately filled with awesomeness! The sandwich was so insanely delicious that all my troubles melted away and I lived happily ever after!
If I could rate 6 stars I would! Road food perfection!

This particular location of Jimmy Johns went above and beyond. There seemed to have been a glitch in my order I placed online and I didn't get all of what I ordered. Jimmy Johns made a new sandwich for me and delivered it on the house. Above and beyond top notch service!!

Good food but RUDE worker.. it felt like a sin asking for a drink carrier and received rude attitude.. horrible service..
Lazy driver. Doesn't even try to park. The one with a blue car and Michigan plate. If you drive and park like that than what kind of shortcuts they taking with cleanliness. I won't patronize this establishment because of this one driver. Lazy ignorant or inconsiderate. Pick one.

These guys at this location are awesome! It was late but I just arrived from a long flight. I was super tired and these guys listened and made my sandwich perfectly. They were nice about us going in late and were happy to make our sandwiches . Great customer service. I can definitely keep raving about their kindness.

I am rewriting this review because there was some confusion..My husband went to get sandwich's for us for lunch yesterday.The sandwich's were fresh so that is a big plus!We did not get two of the correct sandwich's and they were bland, no seasoning or sauce salt and pepper etc. We ordered wheat bread. The bread was regular square bread, not sub sandwich bread which was very disappointing. Overall we will keep in mind to make sure we are getting what we want before we leave going forward.
