Went through the drive through today and they messed up our drink and food order. They didn’t give us the sauces we asked for either. I got the hot honey tenders and that was the most bland, flavorless chicken I have ever had in my life. It was just soggy tasteless chicken. They also forgot my side of Mac and cheese. My husband gave me his and it is also just so bland. Try to avoid this KFC.

Yesterday, Monday, March 17, 2025, my husband and I went through the drive-thru and we ordered two size 14s and they gave us burgers without vegetables, just sauce, and one with chicken in pieces, not to mention the other one.

This was an unbelievable experience. I placed an order on the app and when they said it was ready, I went to pick it up. When I got there, they said they didn’t have specific items from my order so asked if I’d like to substitute.
I said no, I’d rather just have a refund. When I said that, the employee at the window said he doesn’t know how to do that so I’ll have to go through the app. So now on the app, my only options are to cancel the order but it’s already “ready for pickup” so I’d be charged for it or talk to a guest agent but every time I tried, it told me none were available.
Why is the order accepted and marked as ready for pickup if they don’t even have some of the items I ordered? I decided to park my car and go in and ask about how to resolve this.
I waited at the counter for 10 minutes while employees looked at me from the back while no one came up to talk to me. Several guests were waiting there with no help at all from the employees. I still don’t know how to get my refund for this purchase. How does a place operate like this?

Man, what a difference in the quality and quantity of KFC bucket now than when we were kids. The Chicken was not hot, small portions, so much my family and I felt that they cooked up pigeons. The mash potatoes were small portions and the gravy also. But what we were very surprised by was the Biscuits! They used to be large, like hockey puck size, but now they are half the size. Overall, it filled a hollow tooth, but we will think twice about going back to KFC.

I wish I would have read the reviews. Just got our food home, less than a mile from the location and it is cold, soggy and the biscuits are so hard they are not edible. I would take it back but I can already tell you, I don't want any food from this KFC or an argument from the employees. The chicken is absolutely horrible. We got extra crispy and it is soggy, most of the pieces are in pieces and greasey soggy. Mash potatoes are awful and mac n cheese is old and cold. Read the reviews, my mistake. Never again

They are always out of everything and the late night crew is very unprofessional about it. Laughed at me when I kept asking for thing and they were out of stock. Finally just had to ask what they did have and they said "wings".

Ordered the new original tenders fries and a biscuit... These are the worst tenders and fries I have ever had. They taste like low quality grocery store bagged strips and the fries were greasy. To top it off it took 23 mins total to get my order..I stood at the counter for about 4 minutes to order while a bunch of highschool kids working in the back were just playing around. I'M NEVER IN LIFE COMING BACK!!!
Was told 20 minutes to get a pot pie. 30 min later I was told they needed 10 minutes on tenders. It’s 6pm. These idiots need new management.

Now I remember why I never come to this location - and clearly everyone else... no line at lunch time hmm... I got 6 small pieces of chicken on my famous bowl. Thats $1 per crumb. Not worth it. Oh, and they gave me a diet soda when I asked for regular.. YUCK!

Got a 3 piece extra crispy. I ordered at 11:50 am the chicken was cold and grease soaked not crispy at all. Mashed potatoes were cold. I won’t be coming back here again. The only good thing was they gave me 4 pieces. Picture was after I ate a piece.
