I had to order on the kiosk but there was no one in sight, ordered two chicken littles, Took me over 20 minutes to get my order, staff was to busy laughing and joking around in the back. When I finally got my food, the chicken was cold and hard, Sandwich was dry, And the coleslaw was room temperature. Sad Waste of my lunch break.

Food been sitting for too long you can literally taste the dryness my mother literally found hair in their mashed potatoes and the Fruitloop guy wanted to throw an attitude about me complaining about the situation than he wanna go off on the Asian dude for giving my mother the replacement as they should do as an forgiveness thing they need to be wearing hairnets if they gonna be hovering over peoples food all day 🤢

Abigail Dominguez was very rude and unprofessional! The bathrooms were nasty !! The dining area was nasty all the tables was dirty food on all tables and floor !! The soda machine had fluids running everywhere all on to the floor then when I told the staff about it they took the time and only cleaned up the soda machine left the rest still dirty ! I will not be coming back here again !! Food was cold and dried out I spent $35 never again the place was very nasty a dirty and the staff are very unprofessional!

So I went through the drive-thru and got my food first of all the customer service was very bad The young lady she seemed like she didn't even understand or know the menu and then on top of that my food was cold and I live like 3 minutes away from that KFC on main Street in Lewisville and honestly there should be no reason why my food was cold by the time I made it home because it was not fresh that's why So with that being said I won't be coming back to that dump anymore and to be quite honest I'm not sure why corporate has not stepped and retrain everybody at that location because the customer service in the food is horrible it's always cold and this is my second time going there and I've gotten the same service every time so with that being said I won't be coming back
Went there about 9:15 tonight got home and my food was very old and stale. It was like a ghost town there with me being the only customer in line I should have known I was not going to get fresh food. I tried to call them 5 times to advise them that my food was unacceptable but no one would pick up the phone. One would think that with 3 employees and no customers to serve you should be able to pick up the phone. I rarely go there but I can say I won't be going there again I really wanted those potato wedges but they were not edible and the wings were even worse. That's a shame KFC you should be better than that The phone looks fresh but it's nowhere near the wedges are old and hard and dry and the wings are very very soggy

The service was horrible the people that work here were lazy, I had order my food when the employees came out and order 4 pc tenders meal and 3 pc leg meal..first they don't have potato wages and they gave me fries and the soda didn't work..

Worst employees I have ever dealt with. They were lazy, rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. The food was fine, it's no different than any other location's food, but the staff here are so horrible that I will never go back. Not only did they get my order wrong, but just during the time I was there they got literally every single other customer's order wrong too. Not most of them - every single one. Every time someone ordered for dine-in, they had to come back to the counter to get it fixed because they had messed it up. I also witnessed multiple people leave with their to-go orders, then have to come back because it was wrong. And of course, the staff had an attitude about it every single time. Because if you're going to be incompetent, you might as well be rude too, I guess.
There are so many other places nearby you can go for chicken - there's a Popeye's, a Bojangles, and a Dave's Hot Chicken all within a mile of this location. There is just no need to put up with this place's BS. Go literally anywhere else.

Ordered 8 piece family combo. At home found 3 drumsticks but only 1 breast plus wings and thighs. Didn’t know the Colonel raised 3 legged chickens. Chicken was a little greasy and mashed potatoe side 1/2 full . Lots of coleslaw. Biscuits were dry and crumbly. Won’t be back.🤨
