They gave me raw chicken and I ask for crispy chicken still it wasn’t crispy end. Chicken still has water in them. Lol They better know how to fry fry dam chicken.

I stopped by the KFC at 733 Hebron Pkwy, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food. The chicken I got was completely mangled—it looked mutilated and destroyed. It was overcooked, dry, and just downright unappetizing. I don’t know how something that looked like this made it out of the kitchen.
I’ve always expected KFC to deliver at least decent quality, but this was just unacceptable. It’s clear there’s no care being taken here, either in how the food is cooked or in how it’s served. If this is the kind of food they’re putting out, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Bad service, bad attitude, destroy good business, any business, even if you have good food. I ignore the attitude and focus on the good food then. I asked for BBQ sauce. Drove all the way home, took one pack of sauce out. Opened it and it was spicy! They packed 6 spicy buffalo ranch, instead of BBQ. I allergic to spicy food.

Bought family meal got home to feed the family and realized they did not pack my biscuits. Too far to drive back so all I can do is write a review
Dine in was closed for take out orders at 9.20pm. Google says this store is open till 12.00am. For anyone placing online orders, or pickup orders. You won’t be able to pickup your food unless you have a car.
