I’ve been a loyal KFC customer for years, hitting up the drive-thru or dining in at least twice a week. But here’s the thing—I drive past three other KFC locations just to get to this one on Hebron Parkway. Why? Because they nail the details that make all the difference, starting with their gravy. At every other spot, the “gravy” is basically watery beef broth—thin, lukewarm, and disappointing. Not here. Their gravy is thick, smooth, and piping hot every single time, exactly how it should be.
What sets this place apart is the team, especially the manager (I think his name is George—sorry if I’m off, I’m terrible with names!). I’ve seen him hustling every visit, not just overseeing but jumping in on everything from taking out the trash to wiping down the lobby. Last time, I had to ask him about the perfect gravy, and he simply said he follows the recipes to a T and won’t let anyone cut corners or dilute it to save a few pennies. As a business owner myself, that level of accountability blew me away. When I asked why he was doing the cleaning instead of delegating, he replied, “I don’t mind—I know it’s done right, and I hold myself accountable.” No ego, just genuine pride in the work. It’s rare and refreshing.
The whole store reflects that commitment: spotless inside and out, food always hot and fresh-tasting, and I feel confident about the cleanliness and food safety protocols—they clearly don’t skimp there. My only wish? Ditch the A&W combo (nobody really goes for that anymore, though the root beer is solid) and pair with something like Long John Silver’s, Taco Bell, or even a Pizza Hut Express. That would make it unbeatable! If you’re craving real KFC done right, skip the others and head here. George and his crew have earned my business for life. 5 stars all the way!

I don't even think they actually fry chicken in this place. I got the honey bbq chicken and I can tell it was microwaved because it was rubbery as all get out. If there's one thing I've learned is to stay away from KFC that doubles with a Taco Bell or A&W. The food is terrible. At least there's a Panda Express opening soon across the the street soon. But that ain't saying much either.

Wow im shocked and not ok. I order the new wings trying to support. Something told me not to drink the drink which i left in my car . I thought ice was floating in it the next day . I said yes mam yes sir to everyone and still get treated like this never again .Be Aware

Didn't have issues with my order and the food is what you expect from a KFC. I'm just keep in mind that the other external half is branded A&W which can be confusing if you're coming from that side.

I came here today, I tried to use my digital coupon(that kfc sent me and they refused it, talking about they don't have a scanner to scan it🤦🏾‍♀️)

I asked for the manager lady said she was it at first, then pointed to another lady before the lady could come to see what u wanted, the first lady started talking Spanish and the manager don't come

Just recorded my delivery order. The fries are HARD. The chicken looks like and tastes like it's was sitting over night and reheated. It doesn't taste good at all.

Horrible restaurant and worse customer service. This is the second time in two months of ordering pickup on line and getting there to be told it would be 15 minutes after standing at the counter for 10 minutes with people walking by and not stopping. After 15 min I ask the manager and she said it would be another 15 minutes because the oil wasn't hot. Strange, I ordered original and it is pressure cook. I left for the second time and now have to call KFC 800 number to get my refund.

The store manager at hebron was super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to give me a great interaction. Not only was the service great but the food was delicious and fresh. Highly recommend!
