This is a KFC/A&W. We went in for root beer floats and fries. We were pleasantly surprised to be given KFC fries as opposed to A&W fries. If you haven't tried KFC fries before, go try them! They are battered and super delicious.The root beer and ice cream were perfect.

Wife order the wrong combo, mixing up the K7 with K8. I called, explained the issue and Geraldo told me to "come back and we'll figure something out". Upon my arrival, he had the transaction pulled, explained that the wife ordered the wrong combo and had the combo we wanted prepared fresh. This almost NEVER happens elsewhere. I'm not a big fan of the food at KFC but Geraldo went above and beyond the call of service. Much appreciated.

Night crew of 10/29 is what makes this 4 stars. From ordering through the drive through to receiving my order everything was solid for a fast food place. My food was hot and not over cooked. Fries weren't soggy and condiments were already in the bag. Receipt was given. Lot area was clean.
Awful service wanted to overcharge me for bbq sauce I will never come to this KFC every again and I had a hard time getting my money back after they refused to give me bbq sauce for my orders SMH. The manager Rosa threatened to call the police on me over such a small matter.

Horrible experience in drive-thru. We requested 6 cup of ice, they didn’t say no so we guessed it was fine. After finishing our order they say okay and he left and we waited for a hot minute in drive- theu waiting for the total price or somet like “ come to the window “ or something nothing. Then the guy didn’t say a word he expected us to insert the card without knowing the price so we had to ask just to make sure it was our order. The second window the guy acted he was busy when literally there was no line he just handed our food without a word and closed the window to our face. We didn’t have a second to ask for plates and utensils. So waited for a minute until he noticed us open the window kind of rude and we ask for that and we asked again if we can have 6 cup of ice he closed the window and only gave us one cup of ice and closed the window kind of rude againNo thank you or have a good day. We just left instead of asking for more we were kind upset about it. Don’t recommend it honestly:/
