Ordered food for the family. We left and realized they didn't give us some of the extras we ordered. Called them up and they apologized for the mistake and said we could come get the extras if that worked for us. We went back and they gave us what we ordered. They also included some free dessert. We love this KFC/Taco Bell. Always have had good service and good food.

I have been to this KFC for years but the first time there is a new sales agent who is charging for a water cup. I came with my family and I asked for two water cups and the guy at front desk says 69 cents each. I asked him twice that you will charge for a water cup. It’s not about money it’s about the service is what I look for. After that he tried to give me two cups and I denied it too. Lost the trust on that guy who is now at the front desk. Never saw a big chain restaurant charges for this.

I was made fun of for speaking English to the cashier/Manager. Apparently if you look Latina is ok for management to make fun of you with Spanish lenguaje, than to tell you to move out of their drive thru. Than he refused to give me my receipt. I mean why.
Ordered carry out through drive through Chicken tenders were dry and tasted like they were under a warming light for hours. No eating utensils given for sides. Poor service. Wondered why drive through wasn’t busy at all at noon. Now I know.

I went through the drive thru at this location 2 days ago and noticed later on my receipt an unauthorized charge to the KFC Foundation. I did not approve this charge to my card and it was added to my total bill unknowingly. I was not told or asked about it. At the very least I should be asked if I approve this charge. If you are not given approval to charge a customers card it is also called stealing. Customers beware that they are charging this to your card with your food purchase.

They gave me food that was 3 days old! The chicken was hard and dry! Biscuits was hard, too! I had them remake the Biscuits because I only checked that before leaving! Would have never thought I had to check chicken, too! My elderly mother was so upset because she eats KFC 4 to 5 times a week in AR. She is here visiting for holidays, and her first experience eating KFC IN TX was very embarrassing to me and disappointed! WORST CHICKEN EVER IN THIS UPSCALE NEIGHBORHOOD!
