Ordered carry out through drive through Chicken tenders were dry and tasted like they were under a warming light for hours. No eating utensils given for sides. Poor service. Wondered why drive through wasn’t busy at all at noon. Now I know.

I went through the drive thru at this location 2 days ago and noticed later on my receipt an unauthorized charge to the KFC Foundation. I did not approve this charge to my card and it was added to my total bill unknowingly. I was not told or asked about it. At the very least I should be asked if I approve this charge. If you are not given approval to charge a customers card it is also called stealing. Customers beware that they are charging this to your card with your food purchase.

They gave me food that was 3 days old! The chicken was hard and dry! Biscuits was hard, too! I had them remake the Biscuits because I only checked that before leaving! Would have never thought I had to check chicken, too! My elderly mother was so upset because she eats KFC 4 to 5 times a week in AR. She is here visiting for holidays, and her first experience eating KFC IN TX was very embarrassing to me and disappointed! WORST CHICKEN EVER IN THIS UPSCALE NEIGHBORHOOD!

Delivery service was separate and terrible. I had to go pickup my order since the delivery service delivered the wrong order to my door. The manager was amazing in replacing my order while she was being inundated with other orders.

Didn't get all my food. The wings all breading no meat. They were on a diet. Had a small order. I gave a 2 star for mashed potatoes.

So this KFC (and also Taco Bell) is not like any other I’ve been to. They consistently meet by high expectations as a restaurant owner myself I tend to be quick at pointing out problems. Here I can’t, only thing slightly negative I would say is not open all night or at least later as I would patronize even more. The store manager Gerard is spot on customer service centric attitude and the food quality and temperatures are perfect. Every other KFC I go to the gravy is the consistency of water and instantly falls off the mashed potatoes- here absolutely not. They spend the extra 5 cents in ingredients and make it right. Perfect consistency and thickness and taste wonderful. And I’ve never got chicken that tasted like it was out of a warmer, which means they hold their food appropriately timed. Their Taco Bell side is also great, especially the new Grilled Cheese Shredded Beef Taco. Please keep up the astonishing work and I’ll stay a long term customer!

I bought the $20 box as advertised on TV, today. The chicken is so salty it actually burned my mouth. The fries were not fresh and not their normal fries. I am almost 80. My budget cannot waste food. This was to be for at least 4 meals. I had to throw it away. The biscuits are like hockey pucks.Hey KFC don’t over salt the food.One last thing the top of the box was actually dirty.Thank you.

Comically bad. Went to drive through and they gave us everything except the chicken. Take the order, take the money, put the items in the bag. I cannot understand how this can be so difficult. 3 meals, nothing special and they forgot the chicken. It's a chicken place. Where they make chicken.
Manager Gerardo (sp?) was VERY unprofessional. Gave me soggy chicken and biscuits that were left out. When he opened the bucket he said I had already taken a bite. I said yes that’s how I realized it was soggy. He said because I had already touched it he could not take it back… insinuated although I had taken it out of the establishment… If I brought it back without taking a bite he would have put it under the heat lamp! He told me to go ahead and call the better business bureau it wasn’t his problem! Wow! I will NEVER come back here.

Always love the chicken pot pies here. The last visit though we ordered 2 pies, coleslaw, & bean burrito & when we got home we only had 1 pie vs the 2.Split the one pie & as long as mamma got her coleslaw it was not worth driving all the way back for other pie.Also put it on card & they didn't give receipt to prove 2 pies.Won't stop me from going back, but will check order before pulling away from window.
