Loved the experience I had coming here! Although it was about a year ago, I'd love to go back and 1. Complete more rooms 2. Hopefully rooms that weren't open before will be open next time! Can't wait to come back and this time with 3 or more people rather than 2 because some rooms do absolutely require a couple more hands (it tells you that, I thought I could prove it wrong lol) great time recommend for hangouts with friends or family!

Fun but the rooms need maintenance some don't work properly anymore and makes for a mixed experience.

Trampoline is ok.Labyrinth was a waste of money, most of the games are trial and error and some are plain and simply broken and malfunctioning.Total disappointment.

This has escape rooms that you need to complete for a boss but not very many make sense they are just tedious and trial an error there is no direction it sucks please don't go the trampoline park looks fun but the labrinth sucks

Such a cool concept but lack of staff and maintenance made it a less than ideal experience. There is trash dirt all over the obstacles. Some of the obstacles desperately need maintenance (the ball pit on one was filled with mostly broken balls and the next room was littered with deflated balls among those still inflated. Several of the rooms are closed and there is no one to provide help if you want some guidance, which their video says you should not hesitate to ask for. Sections of the physical obstacles are lacking the padding that they originally had making them uncomfortable at times and hazardous at others. We stayed for almost three hours to try to get our money's worth. The groupon we bought was not working. The only plus was the manager just let us go even though he could not figure out how to redeem the code we had from groupon.2 stars because we managed to have some fun, but we would not recommend it nor will we be going back

Unorganized, unsupervised, no instructions, no hints, self guided , complete dumpster fire of a place.

My sister and I love escape rooms so our interest was piqued when we saw this place had over 40 puzzle rooms. When we first stepped into the building, the chaos of all the children in the Jump area was overwhelming. Fortunately the Labyrinth area was calmer. The puzzle rooms have very unclear directions - some have vague clues but many leave your scratching your head. Once you get eliminated in a game, you have to exit the room and start over. So as you’re trying to figure out what the heck you have to do, you will get eliminated over and over and over again. Then, if you finally pass, you can proceed to the next room of that game (if any). The problem is, if you fail the second or third room in a game, you have to start from the very beginning with the first room. Mind you, other people can play in rooms you’ve just completed so if you fail and want to try again, you have to wait for that group to fail or move onto the next room for you to reenter. Long story short, for this place, expect some waiting and a lot of repeating rooms over and over. They may have 40+ rooms but if you can’t get past the first one or two, you can’t get to all of them of a game. On top of all that, it’s obvious the rooms aren’t or are rarely serviced. Especially in rooms with crawl spaces, the padding is ripped up and damaged - the room with the ball pit has about half the balls damaged/deflated. The overall quality of the place is subpar. The idea for this place is unique and interesting but I don’t think it’s executed very well.

Definitely not worth the money even with the Groupon. I REALLY wish I chose anything else for my family to do. No clues as to what you're suppose to do so we were mostly confused/lost, some things were broken, torn apart, there were bugs and thank goodness already squished but we had to crawl right next to them to be able to get out, and yo top it off the cashier was rude.

This place was fun but the challenges are tough and there's not enough time to explore.

As someone stated, it is severely understaffed, which leads to zero monitoring if people are supposed to be in there or not since it’s connected to a trampoline park. There were kids walking around banging on escape room doors that people were in, which was very frustrating. It says there are 42 rooms because within each room there 2 or 3 rooms to escape, but like some other reviews have stated, there were a few rooms that were out of service.Overall, this place is fun. We spent 2 hours there and could have been there longer, but we got hungry. We used a Groupon to go, so I don’t know that I would pay full price to go.

DO NOT GO HERE! Huge waste of money. Says they have 40+ rooms. We were only able to get into 15. 3 were completely closed. No instructions so we kept "losing" in each room. Very poor lighting. Gross environment. Overall, a huge disappointment for my birthday. My friend and I did not like it. Only spent 30 min there and we even tried most of the same 15 rooms 2-3 times to try to get to the next room, but we kept "failing" when there was no rules or anything. Only 2 rooms were fun.

Well let’s begin by stating that I was a little iffy in attending due to all the negative reviews but due to a great Groupon offer I was convinced other wise.. it’s sad to state that I do not recommend at all. Labyrinth definitely needs new inventory or up keeping with existing rooms, very low sanitation especially in the ball pit escape room majority of the balls are popped and room is dirty, in other game areas items are missing such as in shooting for the moon. The ground is lava was fun, the asylum room ad well and the ship wreck other than that not very exciting- of course I live under the motto that you can always have fun despite the places circumstances. They say don’t knock it till you try it .. well I tried it and I will definitely not be coming back - if your coming cause it’s a Groupon deal don’t do it

There are many poor reviews of this place. We were worried about going ourselves. I will say that they were short staffed and there was not much instruction. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because there was no one to help us in the beginning and a few rooms weren’t working. With that being said we spent 3+ hours there with ages 11-20yo kiddos plus adults and we had such a great time. There isn’t instruction for each room, but that is the whole point of escape rooms. You try and fail and go back to try it again. We only left because we were all hungry, but we had so much fun and would have loved to have stayed longer. I am not sure if people get frustrated at not being able to solve the rooms, but that just means they are challenging and that’s what makes it so satisfying to finally complete them.Don’t let bad reviews about it being run down or not having instructions scare you away. Go into it with a positive mindset and just enjoy!Highly recommend this place for families and groups to enjoy together!
