I order a bean burrito and they have me extra stuff on it that I did not orders other it and when I came back the Latina lady had an attitude with me all I wanted was a bean burrito. I wasted my lunch on coming back to get what I paid for. The older/skinny lady at the window needs to get either fired or trained again.
I am in the service industry so it pains me to write this, but we treat our last customer like our first with love and respect . This location decided to shut down early and I said into the speaker what I have said above and still no answer I pulled up to the window still on time before close and he told me they where closed I told him they where not closed but decided to close early which today was a bad call because I showed up 5 to 10 minutes to close. I made mobile order, and this is the SECOND TIME they didn't receive my order, even after I have been waiting 15 mins. I rate 3 stars because the server still cooked for me, I appreciate it. But taco Bell REALLY need to fix this mobile order problem! Like this comment and let their manager see it!
