We chose to go here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The customer service for the food was horrible. We sat at the table for over thirty minutes waiting to place an order. So, we had to go tell them that we've been waiting. However, a server came out and started taking other people's orders at different tables who never asked for a server, also we were there before them and others. Once we placed our orders, we got our food last and it came at separate times. I asked three different people for water and never received it. Also, some of the food was brought out cold. The only thing we enjoyed was the bowling.

Awesome place to have dinner, eat some of your favorite snacks🍨, and have some family fun🕹. Or watch a football 🏈(COWBOY) game. Check out the specials online Monday-Friday until 5pm kids bowl for free. Tuesday kids eat free under 12 I believe. Not bad check it out

Drive to the Frisco location...half the arcade machines don't function properly and also don't calculate winnings correctly. You'll lose credits and not get what you earned. Bowling also doesn't work right. The scoring would say strike on a gutter ball, not add up the correct pins or miss a few, balls kept getting stuck and they don't clean up before they allow someone else to take over the lane. We wasted 10 minutes of our hour waiting for sodas and what smelled like beer to be wiped from the seat and the floor before we could play.

Let me start by saying we love our season passes. But we normally go to the Frisco or Plano location.... and now we always will. After 45 min wait, we got placed next to a lane with what must have been 15 people. There's never any reason 15 should be on one lane. Our lane was stopped for 10 minutes. Servers never approached our lane, and were just standing talking instead. I'm disappointed because this is not even close to the service we have come to see and expect from other locations.

The lanes are clean and well-maintained, the arcade has tons of exciting games, and the food exceeded expectations with plenty of tasty options. It’s a great place to celebrate birthdays, hang out with friends, or even enjoy a family night out. Highly recommend Main Event for anyone looking for an unforgettable time!
