For the most part we really had a great time. Do wish the lady running the laser tag would talk she didn’t really give us any instructions on what we’re supposed to do. She just pointed at everything . We get inside to start playing and my vest didn’t work I go back out to ask for help and she just clicking around on the computer and she may have been doing something but I wouldn’t know she didn’t say anything after a few minutes she grabbed me a new vest I finally walk back in and the game was over. I really felt like she should have offered for us to go again I stood outside looking lost mostly because she didn’t say anything I took the kids and left after that. (It was not busy we had gone in the morning we were the only ones there)

Fun place for bowling! There's also pool, and arcades. Great ambiance.
Arrived right after opening, so the inside traffic was very light. The food was great, the service was stupendous! The employees were all very helpful and hospitable. The restrooms were well maintained. There was one employee whom I wish I had gotten her name, who went beyond, being attentative for any needs she believed I might have. The overall atmosphere was perfect.Parking: I parked right by the front door. I went on a Monday, day of the eclipse.Kid-friendliness: This is a family entertainment environment, so kid friendliness is maximized here.

Not sure who's running this place, but the service was awful both times we went.First time:All the tables (that weren't dirty) had signs that say to be seated by a host. We go to the host stand and are told to sit anywhere. After waiting and waiting for a server we gave up and went to the bar. Staff were standing around in groups everywhere by the way.Second time:Same situation, dirty tables everywhere, all with the same "see host" sign. So we go through the routine, see host, get told to pick any table, wait 20 minutes to see someone. Again, staff standing around everywhere, each glancing at us and doing nothing. This time we have a toddler so the bar isn't an option. I wave down the guy that told us to sit anywhere (he's standing with other staff). They disperse to look busy... Finally someone in a pink shirt asks what we need and says she'll get us a server. 10 more minutes go by, no one. Staff still standing around occasionally looking at us. Not one came over. Shocker.Third time:There won't be one. I never swear in front of my kid, but this made me livid.You can't even distinguish who's a server, who's in charge, etc. so we didn't even bother speaking to anyone else at this point. We'll pass on Main Event and find another alley going forward.If you're the dude wearing the bandana that told us to sit anywhere and then disappeared when I waved you down, you're useless.
