This is an update: came back in Friday to try the catfish again and it was a whole lot better. Really glad they adjusted the salt because we really like this place. Thank you!
Came two Fridays fried catfish breading so salty literally could not eat it. Fix this one thing and we’ll be regulars.

We enjoyed Friday our afternoon lunch at Main Street Diner sitting right at the corner of the bar. Fried Catfish, Beef & Vegetable Stew, a couple of ice cold beers, very friendly service. Awesome place.
Enjoyed breakfast with a friend, he mentioned him and his wife eat there regularly. My breakfast was good, service was great and our server was friendly..... give it a shot if you are in the area.
