Place should be busier than it was. The potato chip chicken was amazing and so was the onion sauce. Everyone was very happy with what we got and the mom and pop feel of the place. We will be returning 200%

Main Street Cafe serves delicious food, atmosphere, prices, and service! We enjoyed breakfast of Chicken and Waffles and Mike's Special. Everything was wnderful...generous portions and perfectly seasoned! We will be back! I want another breakfast, but gotta try the lunches!?

Ordered the chicken breast entree with two sides. Side salad.Chicken breast - well seasoned , thin as paper. Where's the other half of the breast?Mashed potatoes - boxed not home made and runny. Gravy was decent.Mac n cheese- very bland taste like yellow noodles.Side salad - bagged salad, no croutons like the menu stated one slice of tomato.Overall not very satisfied. Also the young lady that took my order couldn't answer any questions about the menu. For instance is there a side salad or is it the dinner salad in which she said they are different portions but the same price. Confused. Also asked what type of gravy in turn she looked very confused on the question and had to get a server to assist.As I work my way down main street restaurants this won't be a repeat for $20.

We visited on Saturday March 16, 2024.We came for the catfish. It used to be the best. Not anymore. The batter was way too corny. Too salty. I ordered potato salad and got a pile of mush with mayo and mustard. Didn't even resemble potato salad, disgusting.We talked to the hostess and got lies.We have been coming here for years and won't be back. Won't waste our time or money here if this is your best. Tell us the truth. Did you have a rookie in the kitchen or have y'all just lost your touch?
Food and service was very good. Kind of nervous about walking in on the front porch... the wood needs to be fixed or replaced.
