Amazing food and service. Our server Yang was very friendly and attentive to our family. Very nice buffet area included with the all you can eat Korean bbq. Lots of choices. Great place. Definitely recommend! Will try the shabu next time. Looked amazing too.

The food and item selection was good, but when we went, it was almost like no service existed. You can see in the pictures that the place was mostly empty, but we had to wait to be seated for a lengthy time. Then, after being seated, we again waited and waited. When we finally got our order going, the presentation was nice, but we would see our server maybe 1 more time for the entirety of our visit. Servers would keep walking by, we would even try to flag someone down, but nope. This would have been a much higher rating if we could ever get an order in, instead of waiting and waiting anf waiting.

I had dinner with my family last Sunday. Thank you for the variety of side dishes and the staff’s service. In particular, the server who helped us, Eun Ju, was very attentive and knew what the guests wanted, so the whole family was very happy from the beginning to the end of the meal.

Unfortunately, we have to give this a 1-star review because our service was less than 1 star and was purely disrespectful. I came in with my family (wife and kids) for a combo, and we were there for about 30 minutes. At first, the young man/host disappeared on break and did not inform anyone. My family and I were waiting, and they did not put us on any list. Another employee came up and asked us why we were still waiting. So we finally got seated (no big deal), ordered, and got our food. About 40 minutes later, the young man informed us that another party was coming in at 6 pm, and they were taking the next two tables, so we should hurry. We were still eating our food, had yet to finish cooking it all, and I had just ordered a drink. My family and kids and I were shocked at Is sheer utter disrespect. We paid for food and did not even get to finish it all. We would accept moving us, but to ask us if we can hurry because they have another party coming in? We had not even ordered more than once, and we are still on our original three meats. Unacceptable! The server was dishonorable in disrespectful to my family. I did not expect to encounter this after leaving church.

One of the most unusual things I've seen in awhile was all of the staff were older people, probably past age 35 - to seemingly.And I'm not sure if it's a generational thing, but all of the were so attentive and very friendly.I don't think I've been waited on that well at any restaurant before.The food was of course great, and some of the staff consistently came by and helped us cooked it, which again, is very unusual in my own anecdotal experience.I would say that the near 5 star rating here is well warranted and will definitely be coming back.
such a great first Korean bbq experience for both myself and my husband! the buffet is super stocked with yummy extras but the meat is the main attraction for sure. the beef bulgogi is what dreams are made of.

from my personal experience,1, the dumplings at the salad bar are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.2, bulgogi is amazing!3, the white rice is flavorless, whether you add the specific spices or seasonings you want, the rice overall can't be saved.4, the servers are usually really quick with taking out the grill pan and etc, but they usually don't care what plates are picked up, i had saved a OBVIOUS large piece of chicken and the lady just swiped it away and walked away before I could put in a word.5, THERE ARE ROBOTS HERE!!!6, COOK THE CHICKEN WISELY. the chicken I had the last time which was not my fault but instead of the kitchen, I presume.7, the prices are high but somewhat reasonable! the main package includes the salad bar, the meat you are served and the ice cream! (also the ice cream is blue bell)8, add seasonings to your meat to make taste even better! although it may seem like common sense, most people at the place don't season the food, they cook it as served! There's a bunch of sauces and seasonings at the salad bar too!that's all I got! hope you have a nice time here :D!Parking: The amount of spots to park is so small, there's so many shops inside the Zion market so not only are customers from the BBQ place coming but employees as well. There's few parking spots near the front, but the back is usually empty.
