I ordered a pizza from the Roy, Utah 4 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. When it was over 20 minutes late I called and at first they didn’t know where my pizza was and then the little girl working there said she thought it went out with another order to the wrong address. I asked her to cancel the order and refund my money. She did neither. The charge went through my bank and now the owner is REFUSING myself and my bank to refund the money.
