I came in at around 5:50pm November 17, 2025. The associates are all nice. However the manager idk if she's divorced or mad about her eyebrow situation, but when the McDonald's app wasn't giving me the code I was trying to provide my recipt as proof. I was calmly and nicely trying to provide information to find my order. She kept asking me for the damn code which I didn't have. She then asked me for my name and that's how they found my order. Idk how she became a manager because she is extremely rude and has too much attitude. Honestly not pretty inside or outside and idk how she got hired. We are all stressed in this economy but no reason to be rude to someone that wasn't rude to you first.

I ordered from the app & had the food delivered to my table (I love this option!). Allows me to come in, sit down, & take my time browsing the menu without feeling rushed.
Food was delivered with a smile & a kind greeting by name. That’s great customer service!
This young lady is relatively new (I come here a couple times a month & hadn’t seen her here before), but she’s doing a great job!

This establishment is trash. The morning crew is the absolute worst. They have bad attitudes and very poor customer service. So I stopped going there in the morning. I just ordered from there today thinking it should be better with a different crew. I ordered through Uber eats. My food was cold, old and stale when it arrived.the best thing was the drink. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Won't give them another chance to take my money

They had to try to remake my large fry with extra salt 6 times and still made it incorrectly then refused to give me the area manager/corporate number. I never even got my correct fry lol
