They couldn't figure out how to order two of the same sandwich so they started giving me attitude so I drove off, it's not my fault you came to my country and you don't understand English, verbally or how to read it. I can't believe because you decided to come here and refuse to learn the language fully you disrespect me when I'm trying to keep you having a job by coming to your facility and purchasing goods. What can one say? McDonalds has ruled and conquered the fast food industry from the beginning. Tip: make sure the fries are HOT & SALTY. Maybe make that an option. Or seasoned? Joes Barbque in Kansas City by FAR has the best fries.

I ordered a take out. First of all, the attendant was so incredibly rude, whenever I go there, she makes me keep repeating myself like seriously?😒 Then she gon tell me that I do not know how to speak English, girl you don’t even know how to speak nothing with your terrible Mexican accent. I’m a master degree holder and you gonna tell me that I don’t know how to speak English? Like really? Her name is Maria I think. Always check for hair in the food, check if your order is complete cos they’ll miss order like for real. I’ll never go back to this location. Respect people, period.

This location is absolute garbage. First off none of the employees speak English fluently. I ordered from the drive through with the mobile app. They took my code and everything was fine. I then get to the window only to be told that they don’t have my order. I went inside to ask for a refund only to be met with “ We don’t have your order.” Absolutely shitty customer service!!

I frequently use the McDonald’s mobile app to save time and ensure a smooth pickup experience. The app allows you to choose from three options for collecting your order: Drive-Thru, Curbside, or In-Store. For my recent visit, I selected Drive-Thru, but when I arrived at the window, I was handed my receipt and then instructed to park in a curbside spot.
This completely defeats the purpose of selecting a preferred pickup method through the app. If customers are being redirected to a different option, it disrupts the convenience and efficiency that the app is supposed to provide.
Additionally, at the Drive-Thru window, I specifically asked for spicy sauce with my order. However, when the employee brought my food to the curbside spot, the sauce was missing. At that point, I checked my order and realized it was incomplete.
The young employee who delivered my food was very polite and listened to my concerns. I shared my frustration, explaining that this kind of experience is not what anyone—customers or employees—would want to deal with. I asked him to kindly relay my feedback to the manager.
While I appreciate the professionalism of the staff member who brought out my food, the overall experience was disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues, ensuring orders are accurate and that the selected pickup methods are respected for a smoother customer experience.

Ordered bacon egg mcgriddle. Who know how long the bacon has been out.. ended up taking the bacon out since it looked so bad I couldn't eat it with the rest of the food.
