I'm sick and tired of this location always forgetting to include the barbecue sauce in our order every time we order. If I don't remind them they won't put it in the bag. Why add it to the chicken nugget order if you're not going to serve it. Make sure you ask for your sauce before you leave, they didn't get it.

This location is shady !!! They are advertising which items comes with monopoly stickers and they are not sold out because no signs posted anywhere!!! They are giving out the items in regular packaging!!! 4 times this month they have done this to me ! And the times I call them out on it and they do have them ! They just replaced it and not even a sorry sir for the inconvenience Nothing SMH

If you’re coming for late night, there’s no guarantee their system will work. Their system is down 7 out of 10 times you come late night. This is also a location where if you say “no cheese” they still put cheese so check your order every single time.
Sometimes while in the drive-thru I feel like they only care if I'm using a mobile app or if want a medium or large. I've had my ordered wrong a few times at night. Never made a big stink about it until now. Check your food! These guys become absent-minded at times during the late evening.

Worst McDonald’s in all of Lewisville. Over charged me for 2 McFlurries for 2 small children, I clearly ordered mini McFlurries like on the menu. I used the McDonalds app so they already charged my credit card by the time I told the lady at the first window that I ordered mini. Then she called the lazy manager over to correct the overcharge. Instead manager just lied and said they didn’t have mini like it said on the menu. Should have just asked for a full refund instead of having to throw away half of each full size McFlurries. Every single time I go to this McDonalds there is an issue. I usually drive across town to the other McDonalds way better service!!!

One of the rudest experience ever!!! We asked for 20 nuggets and two fries. They made us wait for the food and then my husband asked for ranch and the lady said 1 dollar so we give it to her but when she comes back we asked her why did she charge us a dollar if we had 20nuggets and then she literally walked away from us. I have the whole video but this thing only lets me upload pictures. Worst experience ever!!!! McDonald’s needs to better!!
