It's your average mickey d's experience, sometimes good sometimes bad which pans out to average. One older lady here in particular has an attitude problem, plus she's eating while taking and giving orders, which is disgusting.

After today's experience I will never visit or eat at McDonalds. I went to the drive thru around 450pm, I placed my order twice the a guy, he repeated the order incorrect each time. I could tell by his laughter he appeared to think it's funny and body shame me. I left and entered the inside counter requesting to speak to the manager. A tall guy named Alberto said he is the manager. As I proceed to tell him my experience in the drive through he then walks away and bring a girl back with dark hair and black glasses after speaking spanish to her. The girl tells me he doesnt speak English and what she help me with. I tell her what occured, then a guy comes from the back, named Aden confronting, me saying are you talking about me. I told him I'm talking to the manager, the guy then tells me she not the manager. The girl then laughs and walks away. The supposedly manager alberto tells me he can speakEnglish. At this point they clearly are unprofessional and childish. I ask for the corporate number and the names of the employees. I was given the incorrect number. This should not be tolerated and this business practice at this location is a jok, bunch of kids that dont know how to conduct business. I will take my business to sonic or burgwe king. My question to corporate is how can you be a manager and telling customers you dont speak english, then staff confronting customers,remember the customers pays your bills.

I came here just know with my hubby to order food and the young lady at the window was being very ignorant and give my hubby faces and saying that we had given her the orders separately no the problem with this young lady she wasn’t letting us finish the order and we had also asked for Two drinks and she only gave us one and we had asked her to give to us and for free no honey I will not pay for stupid mistake you did I rather pay for it instead of you giving it to me for free and if this allows me to give zero star reviews I will and with all said worst worst customer service giving and doing faces after we tried to explain our order to her very rude and disrespectful 😡😡😡😡
Worst mcdonalds ive ever been to in my life i made 2 orders and they got all the fries wrong and then didn't put bacon on my food. When I went back up to the establishment they wouldn't open the window to talk to me the female at the window acted like she couldn't speak English so I spoke to her in Spanish and told her to get her manager. When she went to her manager he was already calling the police and didn't even try to speak to me. The police came and the management said me and my wife were being aggressive but their was no aggression at all. They didn't replace our food and Lewisville PD told us that the establishment had refused to replace or refund our order. They need to be shut down for racial discrimination and false reporting.

If it wasn't for wrong or cold orders we literally couldn't get anything from this location it's sickening to spend all your money here and get piss poor service this is just sad. I literally hate this is the closest ff restaurant near me. 👿👿

They gave Zachary a happy meal box with sonic three on it but when Zachary opened it up he got an Olympics toy instead of a Sonic toy
Worst customer service I have experienced here this place has gone downhill the past couple of year. Had a mobile order to pick up, when leaving I checking my order they forgot half of my order, went inside took 5mins for someone to help me that’s not why Iam upset about the wait it’s that 3-4 teenagers looked at me and looked down at there phones and some of them just stared at something els to avoid eye contact thinking I would leave. Just worthless employees.

Terrible bathroom service, the person spent more than half an hour just cleaning the men's bathroom where I waited that long for my son to use it!
Honestly, our breakfast was very good! The manager was right there working side by side with the staff. Each and every staff member was doing their job and appeared to be doing it well. They were so busy and everyone smiled through it.

I ordered an online order. Then I went to the speaker and made the whole line. When I arrived at the place of payment a lady scolded me for not “using” the speaker, which I did. I understand that sometimes there are errors and there may have been a failure on their part in not having my order ready, I have no problem with that, the problem is in the attitude of the lady who attended me since she was very despotic, rude and in a slightly high tone, I only ask that you try to improve your service. I’m paying for it, I’m not asking for something for free, far from it, so good service is the least I can ask for.

Food average. Service lacking, which seems to be the standard for this chain. You would think that if you show up off peak lunch hours that the food would be hot and fresh, not so much. Recommend searching for better options.
