I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. Not only was my order incorrect, but when I politely asked for the missing items, the employee looked out the window and told me, “No, I have a line,” instead of simply correcting the issue. When I expressed my shock and asked if she was serious, she then attempted to add the items, but by that point, the lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable. I refused the correction and left.

Fast food restaurant I understand that some people like and love fast orders, but it’s nothing to do of quantity it’s about quality, need respect from all of you all when I ask for fresh and hot food always request it and advance what is your problem if I’m not been rude or un respectful I always ask can you please and thank but all I get is I’m going to serve what I want and not begging you anything for free always pay you and you all need to respect from crews an so rude from all you I do not understand if you all pull me over I don’t mind if you pull me if I requested my order fresh but yes I will get upset if you argue with me as a customer and don’t tell me you will not give me your name if you are the GM you don’t treat your customers like that and do not tell you are wasting food because of me if I requested fresh food an advance why you getting mad I’m not the reason if you are getting a bad day or someone else make you mad….
God if I could give a 1/2 of a star I would. The whole damn reason I came here was to get the monopoly plays. They’ve been out of them for a while. I don’t know why I eat this terrible food for a shot at nothing.

Everyone was shouting, placing my order was a painful process, my order was wrong and special instructions on items were not followed. Staff was rude and rolled their eyes eyes dismissively when I tried to get my order corrected. Even for McDonald's this is bewilderingly bad.

Convenient location with horrible service. While the Main Street location is closer and more often than not has better service. With the Freeway construction traffic, I go to this location to avoid that. But this location just has horrible service. Constantly have to repeat yourself through the drive thru. Folks at the windows barely speak. You get to the window hand is already out the window to hand you your order without even making sure it’s correct. And that’s when it’s slow. Just horrible.

Multuple good points on This McDonald's: - it is cheaper than others around (my fav meal, double qt dluxe, is 2 dollars cheaper thank the one in lewisville main street) - The service is better than the ones in flower mound and lewisville; they always offer a tray of unlimited complementary dips; it is cleaner and always have utensils, napkins, straws, etc ready. There is soap at the bathroom!! - believe or not, the coke has better taste, porbaly machine is well calibrated; I pick this place when I want coke, better taste than and other McDonald's -the only negative thing is that multiple times they've missed items in to-go orders, but just double check the items and if you miss one they will build it immediately, ahh and they will give you a pie for the inconvenience
