I ordered a Large Fry with Light Salt and when I received it it had regular salt as it tasted very salty to me. I went up and asked if they can fix it and make it Light Salt. They gave me a new one with extra salt. I just got frustrated as it's not that hard to make a Light Salt Fry. So I asked for no salt instead. I tried them and they were supper crunchy which means they just put the same fries in the fryer over and over again. Very disappointed in my experience here

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered through the app for table service, and when the food was delivered, the lady staff placed the tray down rudely without a smile or any expression, then walked off.

My order was also missing the honey mustard and ranch sauces that I had included in my order. When I went to the counter to ask for the sauces, the staff member handed them to me with attitude, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location. I really hope management looks into this. I do not recommend coming to this McDonald’s.

I was here at 4am & was told that it was cash only I’ve never been told that by a McDonalds ever & this is the 3rd time pulling up. So if this is the service you are losing money late nights cash is not carried much from My understanding but if this is how you run business shame on you & this is for the McDonald’s close by some banks aren’t in the area to just go pick cash up plus food not fresh during the day if not requested

Jesus And Thomas are truly my go to guys as well as the whole morning staff that are above and beyond my expectations. They know me so well even without me asking for ice water to have after my morning coffee they have it ready for me. Now how's that for a top of the line service. Hats off to you guys.🎩

Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning and walked inside for them to take my order. Took a while for someone to come to the counter but they eventually came to the counter. I order 2 sausage burritos with no cheese. So the girl taking my order looks to another girl and says...... they are already all made up. We can't do them without cheese.
So what they are telling me is this McDonald's doesn't want my business because other McDonald's has no problem making sausage burritos with no cheese. So I walked out...
I'll never come back to this McDonald's for anything. Not breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Pretty sad they are that lazy they can't make food without cheese. Not everyone can have cheese or wants cheese on everything.

The “manager” at the drive through window wouldn’t accept my code, told me it’s not his fault that the app is messed up and that I need to get out of line because I’m holding up his drive through line. Rolled his eyes and had a bad Mcnasty attitude in his red polo shirt.

Overall it's a good place to get food, but the french fries have no flavor. Went to get a Gold Deluxe McCrispy Chicken sandwich. The chicken wasn't tender. It was so chewy in the middle, like tendons. The gold sauce is alright, not my favorite.
