I love this place but lately, I have been getting donuts soaked in oil. I mean donuts are oil fried which I understand but it has been super greasy. These donuts are expensive I feel terrible wasting it but if it's not edible and so greasy I have no option other than throwing out.I made a video where it shows the amount of oil dripping off of the donut. Very disappointed maybe because I have promoted this place to friends & family and my expectations were actually high from this location. I had to throw out around 6 pieces after taking a bite or two

Food: I've never been a huge fan of Mochinut, but I was in the area and decided to go there. We got the shrimp shumai, korean corn dogs, Thai milk tea, royal lemonade, and mochi donuts. The drinks and donuts have always been alright to me. However, the shrimp shumai and little hot foods really carried. Service: Extremely nice and friendly staff. Ambiance: Small cute little gift shop with a couple of tables.
I placed a last minute order for 4 dozen variety mochi donuts and while they didn't have enough at hand, they re-assured me they could get the order ready in a reasonable time. They didn't rush the order to where the oil would still be dripping from the donuts or the glaze was still runny, which I greatly appreciate!! ??? Just look at those pictures! They even gave me some complimentary mochinut balls which were fantastic too!!The space is a bit tight in space but the area has outside seating and isn't too bad to walk around either! They also have assorted korean knickknacks to browse and buy too. Go check it out!

CUTEST PLACE EVER!!!!!! I am OBSESSED with the atmosphere, food, and service!!!! The mochinuts look and taste INCREDIBLE and are so cute!!! I also got the original kdog with hot cheetos on top and 10/10 FANTASTIC‼️‼️ And also the Lavender Milk Tea with brown sugar tapioca pearls in it, and it was so tasty and yummy!!!! (I am a huge sucker for good boba, and this place does a really good job!!!) I am 100% coming back. ALSO, THE CUPS ARE SOOOO AMAZING ‼️‼️ THEY SERVE THE MILK TEAS IN CAN SHAPED CUPS AND I AM OBSESSED WITH THEM!!!!! Also the service was amazing!!! The girl at the counter is SO sweet and nice, and patient with me and my friend while we were trying to figure out what we wanted!!!!! INCREDIBLE EVERYTHING!! If you like sweet treats, cute things, and boba, you really need to try this place out!!! You will love it

I was excited to finally visit Mochinut, and I was quite disheartened when, upon arrival, I was denied access to the restroom without placing an order first.Due to an urgent need, I didn’t have time to explore the menu and opted to utilize the restroom at the neighboring establishment, Salubrious Juice. Consequently, I chose to patronize Salubrious for its convenience and considerate approach to customer needs.I hope Mochinut will reconsider their restroom policy to offer a more accommodating experience for their potential customers especially those who explicitly states they will order after using the restroom. Ease of access to facilities can significantly impact the overall impression and convenience for guests.
