We did the tasting menu for our anniversary and it was absolutely amazing!! We loved each course prepared by the chef. At the very end, the chef came to greet us and ask about our experience. He was so kind and personable! We will definitely be back!:)

Food was amazing! Wish the waiter was a little more attentive. We needed to ask a lot for water, refills, etc.
Had a wonderful first time dining experience at Moonglow. Food was amazing. Staff and service were awesome and accommodating. Chef Akira was a pleasure to meet and so humbling... We felt bad overstaying the closing time but instead of rushing us out, chef Akira grab his guitar off the wall for an impromptu jam session. Thank you for a memorable experience!
Went for happy hour and got the 3 app plate - scallop was amazing. If you know, you know. Chef is the real deal.

We did the prefix fusion menu with wine pairing for our anniversary. The service was clunky with the timing of each dish. The wine pairing did not go too well with the dishes. The first dish (Chutoro Carpaccio salad) was delicious. Well balanced, refreshing, beautifully presented. The added true wasabi was good. The polpettini american wagyu beef was just good but not anything spectacular. The kimchi carbonara was a bit disappointing. The Yakiniku Steak was extremely salty. I was only able to eat a couple of bites. I was not served the Tempura Anago or Mashed Potatoes that was on the online menu. Also, instead of Tiramisu, I was served homemade gelato. Overall the experience and food was nothing special. I would have much rather spent that money at a normal steakhouse.
I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Moonglow last Sunday fir the fusion chef special, and let me just say it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home; warm, welcoming, and genuinely engaging in a way that you just don't see enough these days. The food? Pure magic. Five curated courses and a bonus special. Every bite was bursting with flavor, balanced, soulful, and just... heavenly. You can tell there's real passion behind what's coming out of that kitchen. The chef even came out to greet us, share a few stories, and check in on how we were enjoying everything, class act. You don't get that kind of personal touch everywhere. If you're looking for a place where the food sings, the service shines, and the atmosphere feels just right, do yourself a favor and make your way to Moonglow. It's a gem, and I'll undoubtedly be back.
Did the tasting menu with my husband and we absolutely loved it! The flavor profile was amazing-every single dish was prepared immaculately! The best part, the chef! He came out at the end to greet us and truly a sweet man that takes passion in his art!

We had an awesome meal at Moonglow and would highly recommend this place. It's the closest we have found that is similar to a Michelin Star restaurant. Every plate was unique and well integrated with the others. I was impressed that Chef Imamura came over to our table and ask our opinion. He's a very nice and humble guy who legitimately cares about what we think. Very nice evening. Thanks for a great experience.

A fantastic experience. My fiancée and I went for our 1 year anniversary and are so happy with our decision. We did the chef's tasting menu and all of the dishes were excellent. Our server explained the dishes nicely and they came out with a very good pace. After our final course, the chef came out to the table to greet us and even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary. Overall, this was an incredible evening that very much justified the price. We will certainly be going back at some point once we have some more money saved up, and will be checking out the chef's ramen place next door in the meantime because the pasta dish was one of the best of the evening. The Japanese wagyu steak and appetizer plate with small tuna, salmon, and tofu dishes were also among our favorites.

My son and I went on a Thursday for the summer event experience. We were the only ones there for the 7:00 seating, so we had the whole place to ourselves! Everything was perfectly executed and delicious. The menu changes depending on market availability and whatever is fresh. Who knew Italian-Japanese fusion was a thing, but it worked very well. Highly recommend.
Great restaurant! Chef Akira is amazing and his skills are shown off with each dish. The service is amazing also. Servers were super attentive to anything we needed or if we had any questions. Highly recommended for date night or any type of event or just even a nice dinner out.
