Nothing Bundt Cakes

I absolutely love nothing Bundt cakes. This was my first time at this location and the atmosphere was so welcoming. Gloria K took time to have a nice engaging conversation with me while I made my order. I will be returning. Oh and the key lime cake is awesome!

We have been customers at Nothing Bundt Cakes for years, always being their delightful cakes for various occasions. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the location is extremely convenient and clean! Prices are reasonable, per portion sizes, and they have a wide variety of regular selections, while always having new flavors to try.

From the moment we walked into the store, Skye made the entire experience unforgettable. Her warm, genuine smile was the first thing that welcomed us — and it immediately set a positive tone. Skye is simply a joy to interact with. She radiates kindness, and it’s clear that she loves what she does.

What stood out the most was how effortlessly she engaged with us. She was helpful without being pushy, offering suggestions in the most thoughtful and friendly way. In fact, we hadn’t even planned on buying anything extra, but thanks to her upbeat energy and great recommendations, we ended up leaving with an entire assortment of mini bundlets — and zero regrets!

Skye is the kind of employee who doesn’t just provide good service — she elevates the whole experience. She made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. If every visit started with someone like her, we’d be stopping by way more often. She’s an absolute gem! Hopefully the rest of the staff can draw from this because it was night and day with the other staff members.

Great Cakes but poor customer service

I stopped by to purchase one of my favorite Bundt Cakes, specifically the snickerdoodle, and found it to be very delicious. The cashier, although polite, expressed uncertainty regarding my request to take pictures of the establishment. I assured her that it would be beneficial for their business, as I intended to use the images for a Google review. She stated that she would need to consult with her manager, who then inquired about my motivations for taking pictures. I explained that my intention was to showcase their business and location to share with the public. To alleviate any concerns, I opened my Google review app to demonstrate my review history, which seemed to put them at ease. The manager subsequently granted permission to take pictures, with the stipulation that they not be included in the images. I found the encounter to be quite interesting 'SMILE'. Nevertheless, I would gladly return to the establishment in the future to purchase my favorite treat, and I hope that I was able to educate the staff about the benefits of showcasing their business on Google.

yesterday was the first time me trying nothing Bundt cakes and they are delicious. I will tell friends and family too go get a cake from nothing Bundt Cakes. I give me a 10

Stopped in for some quick desserts for the family. I got the red velvet bundtlet, which is smooth and delicious. I asked the girl if they had the strawberries and cream in the bundtini and she immediately responded we only sell those by the dozen. That is NOT what I asked. And she would not tell me an answer, she just rushed me out. Very RUDE customer service. Will not ever stop here again!

Clean, bright store with helpful, cheerful staff! We stopped in for a variety of Bundtlets (the mini cakes, not the cupcakes). Gabrielle was wonderful to work with and even helped us with a BOGO bundle!

Cakes always taste the same so no issues there. Love them.
When you order a happy birthday flag for $0.25, it doesn't come in a covering so 2 people touched the flag before it went in the brown paper bag. Now I'm supposed to stick that in the cake that we'll eat. It just seems unhygienic. Disappointed in that. I also felt very rushed to place my order & leave the store. But it was a lot of people at the front just hanging out.
