These Bundt cakes are very tasty. They come in different sizes, from bundtlettes to full size and a quite a few flavors.I have bought them for work parties and special occasions at home.Always a winner.I recommend.

A friend purchased a B'day cake there, 3 times, so I decided, after speaking with my daughter to get her cake there instead of a Kroger cake. Tried their individuals, both types I chose were delicious. Highly recommend Lewisville location. Very patient and friendly for a new customer.Wheelchair accessibility: 1st floor and a couple of handicap parks in a strip location.

Ordered a dozen “ bundtinis “ for a birthday party. THANKS FOR NO ICING! and when I called to straighten things out I got literally put on hold and then hung up on. Worst part about it is I spent so much money on these and preordered them for them to be ready for a birthday party. Thanks nothing Bundt cakes except me at your door in a few days when I am in the area again because this is unbelievable!

The bundt cakes were delicious as usual, but this particular location had a service member, Gloria K, who was derogatory and made the buying experience awful. We felt pressured to make decisions on a moments notice and were not treated well when we asked questions or attempted to throw some trash away. Her happy go lucky facade was quickly revealed to be a nightmare of a customer service experience. I would recommend if you walk through the door and see her to drive to the next nearest location for a better experience.

I always order from Nothing Bundt Cakes, and it's normally delightful, but this time. The batter was too moist, almost like the batch was not cooked all the way through. It was gumming to the touch. My family was quite disappointed as we were ordering as a dessert as part of our Thanksgiving treat! ???

Someone special had bought me a bundt cake from here for my birthday. While the cake itself is delicious, I've found multiple pieces of plastic inside and almost swallowed them.
Placed a birthday cake order online for my husbands birthday - it was his first time trying the Bundt cake AND he wasn’t disappointed! Delicious cake, clean location, and helpful staff. Will definitely be back. ?

Went to grab a dozen bundtinies and a couple small Bundt cakes. The lady that took my order was very condensing through my whole ordering and payment process. She did not even give me the correct small Bundt cakes. If I had realized earlier I would have gone back.

Good reputation but the customer service at this location does the best to ruin it all. Terrible front staff presentation with poor customer service. We ordered 12 cupcakes and were told that the box cannot be provided unless a large cake! As if this was my first time ? I even get a box for 6 cupcakes if I want. If I am the one paying for it then why does the server choose to decide that ? If it's really the cost, please start charging us for the box besides being ridiculous to your customers! Educate and standardize your staff

100% recommend this store!! They go above and beyond for orders! My parents sent me a cake for my anniversary and mistyped the address. The manager came to personally deliver the cake, and she was so sweet despite the confusion with the address which had led her to a different place entirely before. Great cake and remarkable customer service!!
