Great food, wonderful ambiance, and friendly staff who knows what is the best when you ask. Looking forward to my next visit.

Food is not good. Had to get up and get my own refills. Had to get our own cheese and peppers for pizza. Waitress seemed like in a bad mood from the start.

Let me start off by saying food is good and usually good atmosphere because we like to do the bingo..but what happened last night was uncalled for! I also want to say there was only 1 waitresses taking care of Everyone! Management fault for that!! Group of 5 of us having a good time..til it came to check out! Waited over an hour to get checked , then after a few times going to manager/owner about the wait..the waitress came out and was VERY RUDE to my friend yelling at him like it was his fault for getting our tab so late!! An experience that should have never happened..and won't because will not be back!!
Get more help..or manager/ owner help the waitresse out!!

This place is pretty awesome! Best pepperoni pizza I've had in a while and they don't skimp on dipping sauces. The servers are chill and friendly. They have pool tables and claw machines and the place is always clean from my experience. There is a bar but it is separated enough to have a family vibe as well.

Our friend group was originally so happy to find this place so we could get together on Saturday nights: eat, play Bingo and have some relaxing fun. Sadly each visit has went down in quality and overall professionalism! We have had to wait in excess of one hour after requesting our bills. During Bingo games, staff will take excessively long breaks without reason. Most recently the waitress yelled at us for being unreasonable for requesting our checks several times during the 75 minute wait after the initial request. We had such high hopes initially for this place, I even brought my parents to enjoy. Too many unprofessional experiences will now have us steering clear of this place!

Let me start off by saying things got blown out of proportion was to much at the end of my night there...

I got to the place about 20-30mins before my friends showed up I ordered me a beer from the bar drank it while waiting for them to arrive.
We all had a great time food and drinks till it was time for our separate tabs!!!
Now before I get into this I'm letting y'all know this poor woman (waitress) was working the floor alone and it was busy I get it but while a hour went by and we all were waiting for our tabs to leave I noticed she was delivering other tabs to there tables and not ours that's when one of my friends said hey it's been over a hour to get out tabs I said ok cool. I went over and told 1 of the 2 owners that we have been waiting patiently and no tab,plus I mentioned I'm not out to get anyone in trouble or reprimanded but just wanted some results... So another 15 mins go by nothing so again but I went to the other owner and said hey I've already mentioned to you guys please give us our tabs so we can leave. Again they said yes we are getting right on that ..
Well after ALL that the waitress FINALLY comes marching over like she was pissed I said something and SLAMMED my tab and a pen on the table and said I quote. HERE'S YOUR TAB and I would appreciate it if you wouldn't be so mean about it. So of course like anything else it escalated and she kept getting offended telling me she was the only one working and I told her over and over I get that I'm not blaming you it's the management that didn't have more than one person on the floor with all these people here but she continued to argue with me and take it like I was blaming her for everything.

And then she went along and told me and don't worry about my tip I don't expect it from you and I said well good because you're not getting one for your attitude I'm the customer customers are always right....
Which by the way on my way out the door had multiple customers saying the same thing waiting on their tabs you were right for what you said you kept it cool blah blah blah.

I'm just writing all this so that you the owners read this and know what happened and please know that I will never so much as even drive by your place let alone come back into that place again.

I'm 52 years old and have never been so disrespected as a customer in a food establishment in my life.

I was there last night and it was extremely under staffed. 1 waitress for a huge crowd. As always the food was good but at the end of the night service to receive our tab took over an hour. We mentioned to both owners that our wait time was an hour at that time. They apologized but did not help the waitress at all. Fifteen minutes later, when our party finally received our tabs the waitress was very rude. It was never anything against her, we understood that she was overwhelmed but her aggressive attitude was uncalled for. All night we kept telling her how good she was doing. So at the end of the night why did she have to be so rude?? Our entire table decided right then that we would not be returning to that restaurant. It's a shame, because the food is really good and we enjoy bingo night. Oh, and by the way when did receive our tabs. They were wrong!! She charged one person with the entire tab of another customer!! All of our tabs were wrong. And another person at the table could not get a to go box. She waited and waited, and finally left with her pizza wrapped up in napkins. What a shame Old Hag. You really let us down. We will not be returning and will tell our other friends to look elsewhere for food and atmosphere.

These people can make some great pizza. It was crunchy and cheesy, and probably the best new York style pizza I've had in Texas. Great job guys!

Old Hags isn’t trying to be fancy, and honestly, that’s what makes it great. It’s got roots, it’s got character, and most importantly, it has really good food.

The pizza is solid. The 5-layer Alfredo lasagna is absolutely delicious and unapologetically indulgent. Definitely not healthy, but definitely worth it.

The staff was on point the entire time. Our drinks were never empty, the order was entered correctly, and the food came out fast. Big shoutout to Sarah, who was a rockstar during our visit.

They also let us hang out and enjoy our time without rushing us, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy.

As a Lewisville local, I’m really glad this place is here. I’ll definitely be back, and this might just become my regular spot for pizza pickup.
