Their customer service is ass. We walked in and were stared at and took them like 2 min to say something. They didn’t explain anything, they just expect you to know what to do. No one literally talks at this establishment, they just stare at you. Also their food made my stomach hurt. Their bbq sauce isn't good either.

Just tasted the best BBQ in Texas! Meat is fall off the bone tender. Not to mention very tasty and not dry. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good eats. It's my first visit and I'm in love. Mashed potatoes and jalapeno beans and very good too. Thank you Jose!!

Horrible customer service!!!!!! And the food is as bad. You get 1 pound of FAT & the rest is super hard unable to chew. Don’t waste your money and time here. It is also very dirty. The guy that helps you with the meat is very impatient and he also charged us the kids meals on a Sunday. He gave me water cups for the kids drinks and we had to beg to get rolls. First and last time we come here.

Worst experience ever! I order food online all the time never had this problem before. I ordered food online 1 rack of ribs with fixings for $32.00 I drove over to pick up the food and they said they didn't have the order. Come to find out they cancelled the order because their prices online were not correct. I asked to reorder 1 rack of ribs they said it would cost $47.00. I thought that was crazy considering the original order was $32.00 Not happy they're discrepancy. As a business they should have honored the original price or had given me a big discount I will never come there or recommend it to any of my friends or family members

Haven’t eaten here in 10 years, but it’s still exactly the same. Barbecue was pretty awesome as expected. Cheesy potatoes were kind of boring and flavorless. Baked beans were great. Mac & cheese is pretty basic. didn’t get to sample the other large side of sides that will be next trip. Portions have definitely gotten smaller and more expensive.
Parking: Parking is kind of a free-for-all, always extra parking outback behind the building.
Paid close to 40$ n no sweet tea. Big tex sandwich not big at all for 18.99$ sides are kiddy size. Loaded potato for 15$ also a rip off. Mentioned to the workers n oh were out of sweet tea. No one offered to make up for it. Bad business hope they go broke.
