Just a replying to the snarky remark regarding the response from the owner. Which states “We have a minimum of $5 dollars per transaction.We even have advertisements that indicate it and apparently that was what was indicated.” The bottom line is you messed up and did nothing to make it right. After we spent over $30 and tried to spend an additional $4 to replace the item, you refused to cover the small fee your shady bank charges for transactions under $5. Thanks for confirming my experience and proving that customer service and satisfaction mean nothing to this business.

I had a terrible experience at this place. The lady running the counter was extremely rude and made the whole visit uncomfortable. The service was awful—when I tried to politely address the issue with the food, she refused to fix it. I even attempted to order more food just to avoid the hassle, but she insisted I couldn’t pay with my debit card unless I spent over $5. Honestly, it felt like she was more interested in squeezing extra money out of me than making sure I had a good experience. Definitely won’t be coming back. I thought about unloading a fresh one on the restroom counter.

I will never come here again. Because, the lady that attended us is very rude and unapproachable. She acts like she hates her job. You tell her that something is wrong with the food, and she acts like she doesn’t care. Just stares at you. Very disappointing for the high prices you are paying.

A women that attends you is horribly rude, with her bad attitude that kills your mood and they’re stingy on those serves especially on the Fresas con Crema apenas le echan crema como sí te lo están regalando.I totally wouldn’t recommend this place, anyone looking for good service and actually serves you good amount of what you’re paying for, head to La real michoacana #9 located at ( 705 S Mill St, Lewisville, TX 75057) they will appreciate having you there!

This is my first 1-Star review.On 4/21, the older lady (likely the manager) at the front was rude and dishonest, absolutely ruining the experience for the long line of customers and even her co-workers or employees; not to mention the company’s integrity.Our entire family frequently visits this shop and often order the same menu items.The older lady showed visible disgust as clientele continued to order in front of us, as if she was upset at them for ordering items that required her to “work” to make them. When we got to the front and placed our order with another young lady, the attendant asked the old lady how to prepare our order and the old lady didn’t respond. She just kept doing her thing and we all stood there in silence until she finally rolled her eyes, exhaled, and reluctantly told the young lady what to do. The young lady asked the old one if she was supposed to use a small or large container and the lady once again ignored her, leaving us standing there awkwardly and holding up the line, just to later decide to answer appropriately, as if she really considered suggesting to skimp out on the quantity of our order. When it came time to pay, the old lady increased the price from what is displayed on their wall (after the order was made). We asked why she increased the price and the lady gave different excuses as we disputed and proved each one. She said the prices changed, even though we just ordered the same item days before. So then she said we have to pay for to go boxes… so if you don’t order to-go, and don’t finish your food, you’ll have to pay extra to take the food you paid for home in a to-go box? I doubt it, and like I mentioned earlier, we’ve ordered to go almost every time before this.So after that, we declined to proceed, and left empty handed.We don’t mind paying more for hard work or when appropriate, but seeing how she treated her employees and the customers in front of us, (like she was upset that people are coming to her store) it became a matter of principle and we just couldn’t proceed to do business with someone like that.We really hope her employment, work-ethic and dedication to the company is evaluated, because she is harming a great and rare business that should be a bridge for our community, instead of dividing us because she’s lazy.I’d love to return to this business at a later date and I hope we get the service we’ve received in the past from other employees, so I can take this post down and replace it with a better review.

Try to go somewhere else!!! They try to abuse people!I don't think she owns the carona that is in charge because she takes good customer service to know how to take care of her clients. I try to charge us more even though my whole family consumes often and we know the prices! According to her, the prices RISE when the price said $12.50. I try to charge more!Horrible lady, always gives bad service and tries to give less than what one is paying. Avoid spending your money here! There are places where people are friendlier and care about taking care of their customers. This lady is worth a damn and if she is an employee she should not work there, and I highly doubt that if it is her business she will last long by abusing her clients and receiving with that high price. TERRIBLE SERVICE... and I ask how much they pay those workers who apparently don't serve people well. Go to other places in Lewisville, there are much more options and better prices with better treating people.

🤢🤮 This place deserves 0 stars I came here on a Tuesday to have some snacks later that night I had a really bad stomach ache I was sick all night I went to the doctor turns out I have food poisoning.(salmonella) the doctor said if I got sick within a few hours after the last thing I ate then that's the place I got it from I don't recommend this place to anyone I've been sick for 3 days I don't recommend please don't go here...
