Rude manager, asked for my family meal order and showed her my order, she demanded my first name and after checking asked for my last name and after checking THAT she demanded my order number. Wasted my time and unnecessary rushing, there was one other person in line.

Do not get delivery from this location. They have random people picking up ur order and the food will not even get delivered to u. This happened twice and they said I should try a third time and maybe that will work. They took my money and did not even get my food. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Yesterday was a good day to stop by this location for lunch to go. Everything in the counter was hot, freshly made, and all items on the menu were actually available without having to wait for them to cook it for you. Glad we stopped and had lunch here today.

Best Panda EVER. Orange Chicken was hot and crispy 35 minutes before closing, staff was nice, store was clean. Ate at the store, but the food was so good that I ordered a Plate to-go.

Good food and quick service. However if you come in at the time they open they won’t have chicken teriyaki cooked yet and they won’t have white rice. Their rationale is that there are no customers that come in at the time they open- that’s why they don’t have the chicken teriyaki or white rice ready. Really? Well I’m a customer and I came in when you are open. You should have everything ready when the store opens; not just select options.

Went in today with a offer in my email for $1 bowl it had a QR code to use in store Manager would not take it said the reader did not work. Not the customer problem he was rude did not care about customer service got the chicken also was about a third normal amount run from thus store spend your money somewhere else shame to we love Panda
