The team at this location consistently provides excellent customer service. They are always smiling, polite, and attentive, making each visit a positive experience. We go to Panera for Bible study. We purchased the Sip club. Now we eat there often! We never did before. We really love the seasonal tulip cookies, and now the summer popcicle cookies. The food has been good. We have tried a variety of items. I love the ease of ordering on the app and picking up too.

You can never go wrong at this place. Food is always good. I love the salads and soups. Loaded bake potato and broccoli and cheese soup. The blueberry lavender lemonade is so delicious

Was calling to get details on my order from the Panera app. The lady on the phone @5:30pm on 5/18 was very rude, seemed clueless and thought she put the phone on mute when she proceeded to tell her manager that “the lady on the phone is bitching about her order on the app” the manager then said “what is her gripe” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then when I asked to speak to him on the phone I told him to teach his employees where the mute button is on the phone if they want to talk shit. He proceeded to laugh and not even apologize. All to not even get my food. Will never go here again. And hope they can find staff who doesn’t speak to customers this way.

I placed an order online for breakfast and the sandwich was drenched in the most disgusting white sauce. The service is very slow and it’s not a real clean location. This use to be my favorite sandwich shop. But I will never eat there again !!!

I visited this location with my husband on last week and I was supposed to leave a review then but I recently visited and I was reminded on why I should leave one again my server Myles treated me so well he was so patient and alert towards me it made me feel very comfortable I love his customer service.
