I've always considered Panera Bread one of my favorites. Not a thing I don't like except they are not located closer (or everyone would know me by name).Keep it up!

Great place to chill, snack, and get some work done. The chili was good and went well with the tuna sandwich.

Tried the Bacon and Spinach Souffle. Very delicious but it could use more spinach. Everything else our family has tried there was really good. I will be back to try something new soon.

I keep coming back here !!! It seems harder and harder to find great places that serve a wider selection of soups that are delicious. Panera has both selection & taste.

I wish the ordering process wasn't so "sterile". I hate that we have replaced the person at the counter with a touch screen, but I get it. Just really stinks that this is the direction businesses need to go in order to turn a profit.

My experience with panera gets progressively worse each time I go to this cafe. First I tried to order on the app but the app was not working. Next I go into the cafe to order on the kiosk. I ordered a large drink no one told me the ice machine was not working when I purchased the drink. When my order was complete I could not get my drink because the machine was down. Next when I went to the counter to get a refund after my food is ready and getting cold. There was a long line and only one staff member on register. I saw many other staff members not jumping on to help the line. When I finally get to the front I am so frustrated I just want a refund. I explain the reason I want a refund and the cashier tries to argue with me and tells me there is an ice bucket over there by the soda machine. That is disgusting I am not getting ice from a communal bucket where the ice is melting. I ask please process my refund. She did not know how to process a refund so she had to find another employee. Then after a mimute or 2 she comes back and tells me she can get me ice from the back. At this point my food is cold I have been waiting in line for 20 minutes I am so frustrated she told me to use a communal ice bucket I just calmly state I would like a refund for the $4.00 soda I bought. She runs to the back and grabs someone and my refund was finally processed. My ultimate complaint is there should have been signage at the kiosk stating the machine was down, more employees should be trained to help the long lines, and more training on registers. Everytime I go to this location I am there for at least 20 minutes waiting on staff.

The staff at this location are friendly and make the sandwiches properly. This is the first location in Texas where I received a BBQ chicken sandwich with an adequate amount of meat and a decently sized bread. However, they forgot to include the croutons with my soup. Additionally, the soda machine requires cleaning, as there was debris in my drink. I tried refilling it, but the issue persisted, indicating that the debris was coming from the nozzles.

Ordered soup and sandwich combo, paid extra for a bowl of soup, and an extra baguette. I didn't get my soup or the extra baguette.

The rare time that I changed my ordering method and I was lost, there was no signage on the kiosk telling me if I needed a device for getting my order and I couldn't find an employee to get a water cup from. When I got my food it was like they didn't treat is as a food allergy order.

The company reached out after a survey, but thought that the only issue was the kiosk message, so either they weren't sent the full response or they didn't read it.
