Review for store at 1699 University Ave, in Waterloo, IA. I ordered a pizza bowl, and cheese sticks to be delivered around 9:45 pm. At around 11:00 pm and pizza had not arrived. I used the tracking to track the pizza and the app said pizza was delivered. I checked my front steps, no pizza. I checked my side steps and my order had been left on the steps. When I called to complain, I was told that the driver knocked a few times. Asked why he did not ring the doorbell, I was told, not all doorbells work. This was also a prepaid order, so I suggest not prepaying for your order, because then maybe they will ring the doorbell so they can get paid.

Pizza dough wasn’t cooked on bottom of the pizza’s we ordered. So doughy, we didn’t feel it was safe to eat. Atascocita Tx location

We went for the pickup option. App malfunction but the store representative quickly made the corrections. As expected of a Papa Johns, order was correct and food was good. All I can ask for. Hoping this new location can keep up the momentum.

My order came spilled all inside of this guy‘s bag because he opened my food ate from it and he wasn’t even a representative of Papa John’s, He was a DoorDash driver and I ordered from Papa John’s Directly. I did not order from DoorDash. He told me there was no way to fix the order? I ordered a bowl and it was half eaten when it arrived at my house.. the seals on both sides of the box were opened. The fork was missing..

This is THE best Papa John’s ever. I just had the best pizza I’ve eaten in my life. Cat—you rocked it out! You knocked it out of the park. I’ll be back!So…I was back today and Suzie made me two fabulously perfectly delish pizzas. The and Cat are artisans. The General Manager couldn’t be any friendlier.
