Parma Pasta Pizza

I don't know why this restaurant has such a high review? I was not impressed and thinking the worst was over and I could get something that was good to eat I get the bill. I immediately asked for a manager that never showed up. They automatically put a 18% tip on the ticket. I've been to a hell of a lot better restaurants and they don't automatically add a tip. To start the service was not good. The waitress was quick getting to our table but after that she would hardly show her face. Thirty minutes after placing our order and requesting bread and no longer any tea in my glass she shows up. When asking her for something its as if she forgot as soon as she turned away. After eating I had a taste if burnt food in my mouth.it was not worth the money. The service is poor and usually after you get your bill you still get the last way to let them know you weren't impressed is not leaving a tip or a poor tip. I couldn't even do that and the manager never showing up. That's it, I'll post everywhere I can to help the non brain washed people not throw there hard earned money away here.I wasn't born yesterday and refuse to follow the herd. I'm beginning to believe no can think for themselves anymore.

The food was okay, it wasn’t bad. Just not the best I’ve had. Our waitress was super sweet and did a great job!
But why am I getting charged gratuity for a party of 4??? I thought that only applied to parties bigger than that? Or am I wrong?
That just kind of put me off. Don’t get me wrong I still tipped on top of that but I don’t understand why it is that they just added a 15% gratuity?

It's degrading to arrive somewhere and have people look at you badly because you don't look the way they want you to.
I had to leave with my partner, because they attended to all those who arrived after us. I will sue.

This place is amazing! Family owned business and the inside of the restaurant is beautiful. Have been coming for a year, food has always tasted great. The baked ziti, the tomato basil soup, chicken parm sub, anything you get from here will be good. Yesterday, I got the chicken murphy. The lady at the register is super nice and always has a lot of energy! She warned me itd be spicy but I knew that coming in. She's always really nice and makes you feel welcomed. Anyways, I drove 40 minutes back home and my food was still fresh and hot. It tasted amazing, and I wanna go back and get more already lol. One and only complaint I have is that the chicken cutlet was beyond tiny! And for 18 and some change it is a bit of an issue, but at the end of the day, I really dont care; food was that good.? I highly recommend this place. My favorite italian restaurant by far. The bread they give out with every order is also amazing. I've also had the ravioli in pink sauce lunch special before, and it was out of this world amazing.

Don't go anywhere else. Real reviews from real people who are really enjoying real food. Sauce is 40 yrs of perfection. Everything so clean and authentic, even they fresh brewed tea didn't need sugar. This family cooks and creates with love. I used to go to Olive garden for bread n sauce, now this is my new spot. Even the presentation of the pizza is served with class and style. Great customer service here.

Great restaurant! The interior of the place was very nice. Clean and great staff. We had Chicken Parm, Supreme Pizza, and Fettuccine Alfredo. Chicken was cooked very nicely, we really enjoyed it. Pizza was also great, especially the crust. Alfredo was great as well. We asked for more alfredo sauce cuz we thought it needed some more. Anyways, everything was great. I would definitely visit again when there's a chance.

I came here after not coming here a long time. Service was perfection. Actually, and
not to be dramatic, but almost goosebump worthy. We were immediately sat and then immediately asked what beverages we wanted to order. The new string lights bring a homey yet beautifully lit atmosphere for a nice casual dinner or for a nice date night. Thomas is in my books as one of my favorite servers I have ever had in my life. He brought our drinks fast, our bread was so fresh and hot steam was rising from it. Oh yeah FREE BREAD!! It was crispy on the outside and so soft and pillowy in the inside. Thomas was on top of it the whole night. Drinks never reached under halfway full. Food came out quick and was hot and fresh. The lobster ravioli was filled very beautifully with Lobster. The chicken is worth the $5 charge. All around my best experience here at this place. Again, if you can, I’d ask for Thomas cause he was so nice and quick and he even had our check ready in his apron right when I asked him for it.

Absolutely amazing food here. Everything that we have tried has been on point. Definitely recommend the shrimp scampi. They brought together the exact right mixture of lemon and butter that didn't overpower each other. The atmosphere is very inviting, and the lighting sets the mood for a great meal. The staff was exceptional and had great advice on what to eat. Thank you, Ayusha, for the great service and conversation. The talented team of chefs in the kitchen delivered tonight. I loved seeing the hand tossed pizzas made from scratch. Will return for another great experience. Oh, by the way, the Karrot cake was off the charts on flavors and presentation.

Let me start by saying I complain and lot and very critical lol. I’ve been eating here since I discovered it. In 2020 (4 years ago) and my little family and I have never been disappointed. The food is amazing and you can tell the ingredients are so fresh. No preservatives and not mass produced. Like literally made with love. I’ve recommended it to friends and family and they have never been disappointed. And even if you are disappointed, give them a second chance and you will still love it. I always get Shrimp Murphy, tomato basil soup (ingredients unmatched), any pizza, mozzarella sticks, wings are delicious, calzone goes crazy, lavender salmon is so yummy and unique, dessert is perfect, anything with dairy or veggies, etc, etc. The staff is amazing. This is my favorite dining out experience ever. Tops all the fancy stuff you’ll spend $200+ on. Lovely ambiance. I could go in all day
