We had Pho, fried chicken wings, and filet mignon. All dishes were delicious. Their pho soup has great flavor, and the taste lingers in the mouth. The atmosphere is cozy, and the wait staff is attentive. Thank you for a great meal. I'll be back.

My wife and I have been looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant in this part of DFW. Finally found it at Pho Bistro. We both got beef pho with meatballs and eye of round. Most places go cheap on meat but it was the perfect amount. Broth was delicious and flavorful. Also got some tasty Vietnamese egg rolls. Our server mentioned that all food is made from scratch and you can definitely taste it. This will be our pho go to for the future. Atmosphere is great as well. Spacious restaurant with some good 90s music. Service was great too.

Pho broth and toppings are excellent but noodles have been changed for thicker variety that does not go well with the rest of the dish. That being said it would not stop me from ordering again
