I was having some trouble with DoorDash (they suck don’t order from them order from Pizza Hut directly) and cat the assistant manager was very kind and patient with me and getting my order situated, she was very professional, helped me quickly i didn’t have to wait on the phone a long time, very quick and sufficient. Thank you again cat I appreciate it :)

The woman was absolutely rude and yelling at us. She never greeted us. The store looked empty so we knocked on the employee door.She came from behind after we said excuse me politely and asked if anyone was present. I was on my lunch break and she said she was on the phone with a customer. Yet she was in the back office.

Not the friendless employees at all. I asked for my pizza to be cooked well down he said I will try. Came late one night and they turned the ovens off and my pizza wasn't cooked fully. They are always out of napkins and make excuses for not being able to provide good customer service. Definitely will not use this location ever again!

These nasty people are making people pizza WITHOUT gloves on. I sat and watched a man with his face close to someone’s pizza spreading pepperonis with no gloves on and touches a cell phone, cough and continues to mak the pizza. Y’all sooooo nasty

I’ve been ordering and getting pizza delivered to my old town Lewisville address from this location for 8 years and always tipped good,now all the sudden tonight 1 hour and a half before closing time they are telling me that they don’t deliver here anymore and giving me a really bad attitude in over the phone ☎️

The foods good, the only issue I have is I’ll specifically order certain items, then I’ll restate them and make sure I was clear because of past orders, but something is always forgotten every single time. I don’t understand why my order gets messed up every time. Other than that the foods good and the people seem to be nice.

I just got 2 pizza vegelover and chicken pizza OMG I thought all Pizza hut are the same not at all I order in flower mound is the best this one is eating like vegetables with bread its dry like rock wow I never eat this kind pizza before and I west $ 33for this ugly pizza I wish I could give zero star I will never return this place no more plus the app is difficult it keep crashing I have to use Google
