My order was last night: I am really pleased with the service and food at this location! The gentleman bagged my drinks and even held the door open for me. The food was made with so much care and you can see and taste it. This will be my new location from now on.

I had some pizzas delivered and it was exactly how it was supposed to be, not over cooked and delivered in a flash. Pizza Hut was always my favorite but switched to another pizza company to save money, but they since have changed their recipe making the pizza smell worse than it tastes. I ordered from Pizza Hut to be reminded why I loved them for so many years, the stuffed crust pizza was amazing, as it always was and full of toppings, I’m Back!

So, a random Tuesday night, and I don't want to cook. I ordered a pizza easy, right? Wrong. The app was fine. I got my big box deal, and this is about 7:40 pm. I wait and wait and wait. So at almost an hour later my food arrives. It's not a shock to me that it is cold, luke warm at best, since my app told me it left the store at 8:05pm.( also should mention I live 5 minutes from the store) I was willing to deal with this. I have many appliances in which to heat up food, but....... they forget my ranch! (I should also say that in said big box, I also got wings) . I am a condiments person. I like sauces. One way to ruin my meal is to forget my sauce. Not only for taste but I paid extra for it! I didn't see the ranch with my order. I chased the driver to his car. The driver insisted that they always put it in the box and to just call if it was missing. Well, here's where I go atomic. I called since there was no ranch. The lovely people at Pizza Hut pick up the phone, don't say a word, and hang up the phone. Uh, no, you didn't. At the end of all this, all that happened was I got screwed out 36 dollars for sub-par food and mad. I could yell, demand my money back, but really nothing could fix it at that point. So as I grumbled and heated up my food in defeat, I decided I just would not pay to eat Pizza Hut again. Dominos it is!

I will never order from Pizza Hut again especially this location I placed an order on 1/31 never received the order . I paid almost $50 and got nothing for it and you guys customer service sucks . I have called your guys customer service 5 times with still no refund and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Trash customer service ?️
It's Pizza Hut. You know what you're getting when you go in there; however, ordering "extra" of any topping is an exercise in futility -- yet, they charge you for it. ?

I will never order from here again. One slice of $2.75 additional topping pepperoni. One slice per piece on a large. Called to complain!!!! Number hung up on me!!! Called and chose option 1 to place an Order. Told them my issue and the store isn't answering.... Transfered to the store to be hung up on when nobody answered, on a Wednesday. Tried calling corporate, number points you to complain online. How does this fix my dinner tonight??? Calling the bank when the charges post and disputing. If they can't remake my pizza right, I'm not paying for it!!!!!! And I AM NOT ordering again.
