This store is horrible... last couple times they have messed the order up. Usually, the buffalo mild nuggets end up being medium or hot. This is almost every dang time. This time, I made a note to confirm the nugget sauce and they forgot our bread sticks and dipping sauce. Dude, the amount of times we have to call this store to correct an issue is outrageous.

I somehow made the mistake online of choosing carry-out instead of delivery. I called the 1301 FM 407 ste 209 store in Lewisville and quickly got an answer and the problem was corrected. I thought I’d forsure get a cold pizza 45 minutes later. Nope, they had the pizza to me in 10 minutes. Probably the best pizza and cheese sticks I’ve ever had. Management and employees deserve an A+.

Order was for delivery - that was okay - however, the worst pizza we have ever had and the worst pasta as well. Even the dog wouldn't have anything to do with it!!!! Will never order from Pizza Hut again!!!
Ordered boneless wings (nuggets lol) via uberEATS today and they were fresh and hot. However, it looks like they put two tablespoons of barbeque sauce for 16 nuggets. Ridiculous that they are giving people dry SAUCED nuggets. Then I come to look at the reviews and it looks like it is a normal practice at this particular pizza hut.
