Pollo regio never misses with the great food! Service is mid, always forgetting stuff, and the inside could be cleaner. Drive through takes forever but I don’t mind waiting since the food is always great. Don’t forget to check your bag though.

Mary helped me out at the counter even though she was busy cleaning the lobby. She took her time explaining some menu items for me because I’ve never been here before. She was very kind and helpful and was quick to help me and not let me wait!

Arrived around 7pm and placed a drive-thru order for grilled chicken. We were told to pull forward and wait. After waiting over 25 minutes, we had to go inside just to be told the store was completely out of chicken.
The frustrating part wasn’t that they ran out — it was that no one told us while we were waiting. We were charged, parked, and forgotten until we went in to ask. We did receive a refund, but after almost 40 minutes we were left without dinner.
This location needs better communication and drive-thru order management.

We were looking something to eat around, and arrived to this place. Everything good, the atmosphere, the food... but I want to talk specially about the service given by SHELLY, since the first moment we arrived I felt amazed by the OUTSTANDING service, she is such a warm and lovely girl. She had a lot of patience helping me to decide what to choose, very knowledgeable about the dishes offered by the restaurant, and looked genuinely proud of the quality of the food. I have to admit it was one of the most satisfying I have received in a restaurant in Texas. I even asked her name just to give this review, I knew I was going to give 5 stars even before trying the food, just thanks to Shelly. You are the best, keep like this!!!

We eat from Pollio Regio just about every other Thursday after my sons basketball game. I do not mind the wait because my food is always fresh.
Today Darlyn serviced us via drive through. She's always polite, and ensures my order is exact.
I have so much respect for all of the workers. It’s not an easy job. I will always show my appreciation.
