Pollo regio never misses with the great food! Service is mid, always forgetting stuff, and the inside could be cleaner. Drive through takes forever but I don’t mind waiting since the food is always great. Don’t forget to check your bag though.

Mary helped me out at the counter even though she was busy cleaning the lobby. She took her time explaining some menu items for me because I’ve never been here before. She was very kind and helpful and was quick to help me and not let me wait!

We were looking something to eat around, and arrived to this place. Everything good, the atmosphere, the food... but I want to talk specially about the service given by SHELLY, since the first moment we arrived I felt amazed by the OUTSTANDING service, she is such a warm and lovely girl. She had a lot of patience helping me to decide what to choose, very knowledgeable about the dishes offered by the restaurant, and looked genuinely proud of the quality of the food. I have to admit...
