Asked for Mac and cheese and they gave me Cole slaw. Their phone number doesn’t work so I couldn’t call to ask if I could come get my correct order

They seems to never honor any of the National TV specials. The 2 piece, 2 side for one.

I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and a side of the spicy mayo. I got almost no sauce. I asked for a side of both. And was told I need to pay by the manager. She was very rude and has no concept of customer service

What the hell is wrong with this location?? They get my order wrong every time I go here, their phone doesn't work, and customer service tells me to just deal with bad service. Nice to know every location is trash. I really used to love this chain but I won't waste my money or time or effort.

I want to thank the manager of this restaurant. I came in last and was not happy when I got home, but the manager made my order right for me today. I really appreciate her stepping up and making it right. Thank you!

This is the closest Popeyes location to me, but the chicken and fries are never fresh. Always barely warm/cold. Today I purchased a two piece dark, and when I dug into the thigh, it smelled rotten! It stinks bad! How did this even get to the fryer? Gross. Only thing I’m eating is the mashed potatoes.

I place my order, as I waited for fresh biscuits. The guy at the front counter, grabber the tongs tapping them on the walls & also grabbed a co-worker shirt. As I watched him, he grabbed my biscuits with dirty kitchen utensils. Once I told him what I've seen he threw my original biscuits in the trash grabbed another set of tongs, that were cleaner. I hope and I expressed my concern that people, eat this food. Please take pride in you job, the look on his face after I told him this was like he really didn't care. Popeyes please train you staff, to a better standard.

I ordered the 5 piece 12.99 with two sides. I specified which pieces I wanted and instead of telling me it would take extra time to get what I ordered they put what they wanted. I then went back and had to wait which is fine. In the process they also threw out my fries. Terrible service.

Went through the drive thru and lady was rude then my order was wrong when I got home. Tried to call the store several times just to get a busy signal. Very disappointed in the customer service

Two stars is being considerate. I know how we don’t like to wait in lines but I stand by if there is no line your food won’t be fresh. It’s clear to me why this store never has a line. The food is never fresh. The 1/4lb shrimp is measured with literally one scoop with a small mash potato cup. Which equates to about 12-15 pieces (if that) which is nowhere close to a quarter pound. Every time I come to this place I am always disappointed. I try to give benefit of doubt but no matter the time of day/night, this is the only one I ever have issues with. Shout out to the team at the De Soto location off of Pleasant run I think across the street from the church. Their food is always fresh because there is always a line. There is always a line because the food is always fresh.

i came in at about 9 and the lady at the drive through repeated my entire order to me, gave me the receipt confirming everything i had ordered, and when i received my food everything was wrong. i paid for two combos with drinks and fries on each item, and received no drink and only one bag of fries and the lady still disputed when i showed her the receipt. this is the second day in the week this had happened with that same lady and its only wednesday.
