Good and hot
Visited on a Friday 6/5/26 at midday. No one in the restaurant and lots of chicken sitting about on warming trays at the back... Ordered Tenders, Fries and Classic Chicken Sandwich. Everything was lukewarm at best and clearly not cooked fresh to order. Big let down and not worth the money I'm afraid. We had much much higher expectations.

I saw a rat running across the floor. The food is stale, never fresh. This is the most disgusting Popeyes and they need to be shut down.

They seems to never honor any of the National TV specials. The 2 piece, 2 side for one.
I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and a side of the spicy mayo. I got almost no sauce. I asked for a side of both. And was told I need to pay by the manager. She was very rude and has no concept of customer service

What the hell is wrong with this location?? They get my order wrong every time I go here, their phone doesn't work, and customer service tells me to just deal with bad service. Nice to know every location is trash. I really used to love this chain but I won't waste my money or time or effort.
