I really enjoy this place i love the night staff their really help-full i love their energy specially that one guy Santiago he’s really amazing and always helps me with my online orders when I have an issue. Even when they might be short staffed they do an amazing job

Everything about this popeyes is nice! Workers are nice and helpful. I respect them because they work so hard that some of the customers don’t know sometimes there’re understaffed but that doesn’t stop them!😛

Placed an online order, waited almost 30 mins for it to have a missing item. Asked to talk to a manager, told me to go through drive thru again.
Got the worst customer service, manager should get their night crew in check ain’t that hard.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience today in the lobby was frustrating. The tall, chubby guy with this goofy mustache clearly didn’t understand. I had to repeat my order multiple times, slowly and clearly, and he still got it wrong. He gave me the wrong side, repeated my order back incorrectly, and ended up charging me for a regular combo instead of the special. If you’re working at the front counter, basic English should be the bare minimum.

The young people in there do not honor the coupon they be trying to price gouge if you do not let them know that the coupon does not say additional cost they will try to charge you but if the manager is there she honors the coupons exactly the way it says I appreciate honesty 🙆

I went here to get some wings ordered 24 and those wings looked like they were out in the refrigerator, warmed in a microwave and served to me. It is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable when a restaurant would serve someone something they wouldn’t eat themselves. I will never return to this store.

It's quite unpleasant when you're already at the DriveThru and they turn off the screens because it's closing time, then they tell me to go to the second window to serve me but the cashier tells me that I can only order chicken and with a bad attitude! They should better prepare the staff for this shift.
