I went here to get some wings ordered 24 and those wings looked like they were out in the refrigerator, warmed in a microwave and served to me. It is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable when a restaurant would serve someone something they wouldn’t eat themselves. I will never return to this store.

It's quite unpleasant when you're already at the DriveThru and they turn off the screens because it's closing time, then they tell me to go to the second window to serve me but the cashier tells me that I can only order chicken and with a bad attitude! They should better prepare the staff for this shift.

They never answer and if they do they hang up. No one can resolve an issuer in this store.

Disappointed!!! I go to this restaurant regularly because I like the food, but today at approximately 4:00 pm I buy my food and after 10 minutes of waiting I ask the cashier what happened to my food, they tell me that they have a problem with the fryer and that my chicken would be ready after 11 minutes. After this it took 30 MINUTES for them to deliver my food, because again we approached to ask the cashier why it was taking so long. They deliver the food to us and I ask for ranch sauce and the MANAGER of today's shift (4:00 PM) rudely tells me that they cost 28 cents each, I tell her you leave me waiting for the food and you are also going to charge me for the sauces. Obviously I didn't buy them because of the poor service and I left disappointed by the poor service of THE MANAGER

This place is one of my favorites because the staff is very friendly, from the manager to all the employees, very good service, clean, pleasant place with excellent service at 100% if I could give more stars I would give more than 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Long time customer of Popeyes but this visit might be my last
- missing chicken piece
- Mac and cheese tasted funny - old or ingredients missing or wrong quantities
- fried were not crisp

Reached out to Popeyes customer care and their response was quick but lacked concern for the issues I had reported. I didn’t ask for a credit but they offered me a $1 credit (in points) for an order that was almost $27. I didn’t want any the credit but their response and the amount of credit they offered gave me the impression that they don’t really care for my business. Chick fil A and other chicken places will get more of my business going forward.

Ordered some chicken legs, biscuits, mashed potatoes, and extra gravy; everything was Delicious! 😋 The chicken was perfectly juicy, nice and hot; same goes for the biscuits, the mashed potatoes, and the gravy.
