Unfortunately, our experience Tuesday night was not great. We ordered from the app and got one of the “off menu” sandwiches. Fist of all, they forgot our chips so we had to circle back to grab those. When we got home, we noticed BOTH of our sandwiches were missing provolone cheese. All of my toppings were missing from my sandwich. Literally just gave me meat & bread. The receipt on my sandwich bag lists all of the toppings I was supposed to get but none of that was included. HOW does this happen?? I’m honestly confused how that gets missed when the receipt literally tells you what to put on the sandwich.

This has been my go to sandwich shop for the past 4 years. I grew up visiting potbelly here and there and fell in love with the italian on white bread. I get the original size, fills me up just perfectly, I make sure to add lettuce tomatoes, onions, oil and Italian seasoning. Always pairs well with their hot peppers served in a plastic container, make sure to ask for two! Delicious! Also, recently tried the chicken melt, it's great! I love that you can add meats and different toppings to your favorites! Thank you for always making the best made to perfection sandwiches also the bróccoli cheddar and chicken pot pie soup are so tasty. ***Although having a bad experience with one of the workers here, I will still rate this a 5 star because of how well and quickly the manager at the time took care of the situation.. & refunded me. I believe it's a clean place inside but I have never been inside to eat: always just get it to go. I like the drive thru and sandwiches will stay warm. Wish they'd come with a drink though.

I usually order a veggie sandwich with avocado at this location. A few times I have not,iced that the avocado had dark brown spots in the slices (mind you this is very different from a fresh avocado that is turning brown due to being exposed to oxidation) in the sandwich. Since then I always ask for the avocado to be on the side to make sure the avocado was not rotten. Unfortunately it didn't matter I was still being served with the rotten avocado when I complained to the employee to my surprise I was told it was safe to eat these rotten avocado and there was nothing they could do about it as all the avocados were like that.

The Italian Sandwich was more like a “sad-witch”…meat was stale & uninviting, mayo was clumped to one side & not evenly spread on the bread. The worst part of this saga is the piece of unidentifiable, foreign plastic object that was masqueraded as onions! OMGOODNESS! This could kill somebody if swallowed! NO JOKE…this situation is serious & a visit by the Health Department is warranted IMMEDIATELY!

I visited Sunday evening around 6:30pm. I ordered the original avo turkey on wheat, a bag of chips and small soup $17. Total. I noticed1 customer already seated in store and 1 customer ahead of me, so store not at all crowded. The Service was very lackluster almost rude from both employees. I do appreciate a friendly greeting, both had super dry responses, even wait until I call on you type attitude, no ambiance. I started to say no mayo and the employee says I'm not ready for that yet!!! The sandwich was actually good, the vegetable soup was a mushy disappointment. Largely due to bad service, next time I'll go to McDonalds drive thru. Happy meal $5. With a smile. Thanks
Always great when you order 3 sandwiches and there’s no lettuce tomato onions or mayo/mustard. Didn’t even ask if we wanted them. Also great when you order a chicken club and it’s just cheese and chicken and no bacon. Great work guys! Didn’t know people could do sandwiches below the bare minimum.

The service was great. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. I got a blta on the flat bread and the bread ended up hard and hard to eat. I have had the flatbread at subway and had it toasted and it didnt have the same texture so that was a bit of a bummer. The mac n cheese is pretty good. The other sandwiches and milkshake were decent. The decor was even decently a cute. I would have given 4 stars but my flat bread was sad. Maybe ill come back and give it another shot. It also felt like a lot to pay over $50 for 3 regular sandwiches, a couple bags of chips, some mac and the drinks...maybe thats just inflation. I unfortunately did not think to take any pics.

Terrible sandwich. Pic says it all. I’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s where the bread is fresh, fluffy and not over-warmed to the point where it’s so chewy it’s almost inedible. Where the meat is piled on, fresh and again not over-warmed and dried out. Where the cheese isn’t sliced so thin and AGAIN way over-warmed to the point it’s almost non existent, you can’t even see it in the pic. I also requested hot peppers but that request was clearly ignored. Terrible food and way overpriced for the literal $&@! you end up with. $30 down the drain! Never again.
