I wish I discovered this gem when I lived in Lewisville, now in southlake and this place is worth the commute! I'm a picky eater who doesn't dine on red meat or pork although my friend had them and saif they are also great. I choose the chicken tacos, which comes with 3, and to my pleasant surprise the tacos were made with juicy, succulent, well seasoned chicken breast. I know some prefer the dark meat however those us are that are health conscious prefer the breast. The tacos come with lettuce, tomato , lime etc but the STAR of the show is their homemade hot sauce!! To my delight you can purchase a tub to go. Both red and green sauces are fantastic. They have heat but also flavorful. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I knew the food was going to be good when I saw the hand painted murals on the walls and authentic music. They also made a custom chicken quesadilla and followed special instructions. Friendly family atmosphere and they are located in a shopping plaza so plenty of parking. They always seem to have interesting specialty Mexican candy like guava roll and sweet potato or pumpkin. I would highly recommend this establishment and will be making the commute there soon.

I found a live cockroach on the side of my glass. Lost my appetite after that sadly. Will not be going back and would never recommend!

Horrible food, I ordered a coffee and the cup had the smell of soap and the coffee tasted like soap, the cockroaches walking on the wall and not to mention the waitress was all careless.

Love this place. They have great tacos and amazing Birria and the rice is so good mixed with their green sauce. Definitely my go to hole in the wall taco place!!

The sauce (consome) for the birria tacos tasted like burnt food. I just threw the sauce away and ate the tacos plain. The salsa was ok

Terrible place to go. They give me wrong order and they refuse to change it. This Mexican lady in customer service she just hang up the phone on me.

Bad customer service, it was just me and my partner, I'm at lunch time. They give me 1 hour to order a small meal. It took them an hour to give us the food and nothing came. A boy hugged her and they served her. The first woman came to sell money and she I work with Ella and we are worth mothers my first time and my last we don't wait for them we go out ?? and we leave them money even if it's for the drinks and the rest so that they pay better customer service
