I was expecting the chashu to be tender, not chewy :(

Wouldn't go back ever! Place smelled like straight up sewage. Me and my partner ordered ramen just for it to be underseasoned and bland. We barely ate anything and were still charged full price no discount offered, the waitress even noticed we didn't eat anything and asked when we told it wasn't good she just nervously laughed it off. Poor customer service all around. I don't understand how the rating is so high definitely not worth it.

Stopped by for dinner on Valentine's day. It wasn't so busy and we were seated very quickly. The staff were also prompt and checked in on us often. The ramen wasn't so bad but it also wasn't on our top list either. Spicy chicken had a nice kick to it. I think the secret sauce is gochujang based. There's plenty of parking available too

Not the best ramen I've had. I understand you're a local and you come here often. I compare this to Oni Ramen in downtown Dallas or Ten Ramen in Oakcliff. Ramen Hakata is below average compared to those two. The pork was too thin and dry.

Came here because we saw that they had gluten free noodles for an added fee. Turns out their eggs and meat are not gluten free, and only one broth out of around 25 are gluten free. Also there's a bit of an odd smell when you enter. The food is otherwise quite good but it's pretty frustrating to go somewhere because they appear to have a gluten free option only to find out that you can make one specific item gluten free if you remove all of the toppings and pay an extra fee, but that is your only option. To be honest they probably deserve 3.5/4 stars from anyone who doesn't have food restrictions (though I do wish they'd deodorize the place). Their broths are pretty nice and the service is really good. I am probably a little biased by frustration of having to watch someone close to me not having any food options.

Yakisoba & lychee cocktails are a bit sweet and not as balanced on flavor profile. Ramen is delicious!
The udon broth tasted like water, but the ramen was delicious.

I’m not sure what this ramen is supposed to be. I ordered the Tantan Ramen, but it tastes just like regular miso ramen. As for the Donkatsu, it looks and tastes like a frozen patty fried straight from the freezer. Honestly, I think I could make better Donkatsu at home.
I’m incredibly impressed, especially after spending over $50 on this meal. I expected much better quality for the price.
I only ate because I was hungry and I paid for it
Never coming come back
If this is dandanmyeon, the entire menu at this restaurant seems to be dandanmyeon.
The pork cutlet seems to be made from frozen, ready-made pork cutlets. I was hungry and it was a waste of money to eat... I don't think I'll ever come back.
It might be better to just pass.

I was a bit disappointed with the Tsukamen. They weren’t rinsed in cold water first, so they became too soft which is a critical mistake. The other dishes were fine.

The people were friendly, but the ramen was bland. The edamame could’ve been better, maybe if they add some garlic to it? The quantity served was good

I got the garlic ramen with pork and there was only two small pork slices. The dish is $16, I just think that for the price they should add more. I’m not sure if this is a standard but they should definitely change this. Not worth buying if there’s not enough pork. Please don’t skimp

Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free noodles are available, but ask about the broth base, as not all of them are gluten-free.

It wasn’t really apparent what to do. I waited with some coworkers for longer than what is expected. The restaurant was very dead. I actually came to pick up a to go order and they wanted to be sat. I got seaweed salad and spicy specialty Ramen for about $29.
The seaweed salad portion was incredibly small for $6. It’s probably about a fourth of a cup - had good Flavor, however. Yhe romam was good too, but small portion for $20. I may order again, But I think I’ll go there to sit instead of getting to go. I want to check out other Ramen restaurants in the area as well.
