A beautiful ramen restaurant with a great menu. I often eat at Zion Market, but never stopped to give this place a chance. Some of the best ramen I've had in DFW - the tonkatsu broth especially was rich, deep and peppery, which I greatly enjoyed. We also had the chashudon and the beef mazemen. Everything was fresh, well seasoned and tasty, with good portions. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Overpriced and underwhelming
Tried the ramen and dumplings yesterday, and honestly, it was a letdown. The dumplings were $7 for just five tiny pieces—barely a bite each. Definitely not worth it.
Meat isn't included with every ramen here—the one we got came without it, and we had to pay more just to add some. After everything, we ended up spending around $25 for one bowl of ramen. The flavour and portion were just okay.
Other ramen places charge less, give better quantity, and taste way better. This just didn’t live up to the price or expectations. Wouldn’t recommend unless they make serious changes to portion sizes and value.
nice place for dinner/lunch. portions are kind of small for the price but yummy

Checked out this place just because I was in the area. Had the agedashi tofu and the mini chashudon. The chashudon was so packed with flavor that I plan to come back and try the ramen the agedashi tofu was excellent. Very lightly fried and the sauce wasn’t over salty.

Absolutely amazing experience at Ramen Hakata! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, and the food was out of this world — every bite was flavorful and comforting. From the perfectly rich broth to the fresh toppings, you can really taste the care that goes into every bowl.
What truly made our visit unforgettable was our server, Keani. Hands down the best server in the entire world — so friendly, attentive, and kind! Keani went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made our meal feel extra special.
If you’re craving incredible ramen and top-notch service, do yourself a favor and visit Ramen Hakata. We’ll definitely be back! 🍜✨

Wouldn't go back ever! Place smelled like straight up sewage. Me and my partner ordered ramen just for it to be underseasoned and bland. We barely ate anything and were still charged full price no discount offered, the waitress even noticed we didn't eat anything and asked when we told it wasn't good she just nervously laughed it off. Poor customer service all around. I don't understand how the rating is so high definitely not worth it.

Stopped by for dinner on Valentine's day. It wasn't so busy and we were seated very quickly. The staff were also prompt and checked in on us often. The ramen wasn't so bad but it also wasn't on our top list either. Spicy chicken had a nice kick to it. I think the secret sauce is gochujang based. There's plenty of parking available too

Not the best ramen I've had. I understand you're a local and you come here often. I compare this to Oni Ramen in downtown Dallas or Ten Ramen in Oakcliff. Ramen Hakata is below average compared to those two. The pork was too thin and dry.

Came here because we saw that they had gluten free noodles for an added fee. Turns out their eggs and meat are not gluten free, and only one broth out of around 25 are gluten free. Also there's a bit of an odd smell when you enter. The food is otherwise quite good but it's pretty frustrating to go somewhere because they appear to have a gluten free option only to find out that you can make one specific item gluten free if you remove all of the toppings and pay an extra fee, but that is your only option. To be honest they probably deserve 3.5/4 stars from anyone who doesn't have food restrictions (though I do wish they'd deodorize the place). Their broths are pretty nice and the service is really good. I am probably a little biased by frustration of having to watch someone close to me not having any food options.

Yakisoba & lychee cocktails are a bit sweet and not as balanced on flavor profile. Ramen is delicious!
The udon broth tasted like water, but the ramen was delicious.
