Every time we order from this place they forget something in our order and we have to drive all the way back.Spoke with the manager and he said we have new employees, well you dont have new ployees all the time and this last you messed up our order you were slow. Pathetic and lack of training and etiquette.

What's not to love about Rosa's?!?! Such a great Texmex fast-casual concept. This location is great, the staff are hard working and friendly. The venue is generally very clean and even during rushes the salsa bar stays fairly tidy. Read people complain about the quality of the food, but I don't think they're being fair to the fast casual concept. Hell, it's borderline fast food honestly. So is it as great as Mexican Sugar? No, of course not! Is it way better than all the Taco Bell/Bueno/Cabanas? Hell yeah brother! Love Rosa's!!!

Wow!! This is highland village? I had high expectations for this place. It was awful! We were not greeted when we went to order. They were rude to us, messed up my order. The maanger whispered to a co-worker right in front of me with rolling his eyes! They told me the pork tamales were not spicy. They were spicy! Very expensive for the quality! Food was distasteful! Ran out of refried beans for the plates. I will not go back there again! The reviews are true they have poor service! SMH.
