I had a patty melt, one of my favorite sandwiches, it was on Texas toast. This was not the best I've ever had, but it was good. The burger was well seasoned, it's the Texas toast that actually detracted from the sandwich. It was actually just toasted rather than grilled. I can tell you this though, you cannot beat the fried mushrooms. We came in for lunch, I would like to come back for a game and another burger.
We're locals. Been coming here for years. Good sandwiches and burgers and a fun place to hang out with friends and watch a game.
But service is uneven. Sometimes it's fabulous, sometimes (like tonight) you can't get waited on. On nights like that, we cash out early from drinks and go somewhere else to drop $$ for dinner where we know we'll be taken care of.

However, don't let the Miller-branded NASCAR hood fool you. The food here is pretty darn good. Everything was made fresh, flavorful, and piping hot. The chicken strips were the best I've had in a long time. The drink selection was surprisingly varied. And the service was fantastic....
