This location dropped the ball. Our server kept forgetting us so my beer sat at the bartending bay for 20 minutes getting warm and flat. The steak dinner plating made it look skimpy. My guest was not impressed. And the server forgot the mushrooms. Then my next beer.

My husband and I got a babysitter for a date night, which unfortunately only happens about 3 times per year. Decided to go to saltgrass for dinner and had an overall awful experience. Our soup and salad took a long time to come out because supposedly the soup bag was spilled so they had to prepare a whole new batch. Then when the soup did come, it was cold! My husband overlooked it and ate it anyway. I wanted a steak for a change and ordered the steak medium well and shrimp with a baked potato (NO sour cream). My steak came out still bleeding and the baked potato fully loaded with sour cream. I sent the steak back to be cooked a tad bit more and when they brought it back to me, IT WAS CHARRED BLACK!! I seriously thought, no way they are serving me this black steak?!! Sure did.. I couldn’t eat it… it was sooooo burnt. They still charged me full price and went on with their business. Absolutely appalling! Sad to say that was an awful date night and a waste of 2 hours and $67.00, which in this economy, is a lot!

It's the first time we go to this restaurant and it was perfect.We ordered the steak tips, grilled shrimp, and the ribs and some mushrooms and all of them were really good.The service from Rainie was really good.Definitely we'll be back.
