Food is good and customer service is superb!!

I can't believe that I used to go to Schlotzsky's and could get a medium sandwich deal for about $10 bucks plus tax. And now it's $15.00!!? WOW. Not worth it anymore. I'll just wait until Friday through Sunday after 5 pm and then get a pizza for $5.00 bucks!!!

I come to this Schlotzsky's location every week because of their staff. Even though this location is not the closest, I always come to this one. A big shout out to Lauren and her staff. They're always helpful and kind, and I always look forward to seeing them ❤️❤️❤️

Lauren the manager is extremely rude. She kept interrupting me while trying to order through the drive through. When I asked her to please let me finish my sentence, started to argue with me and told me I was being rude. Then when I tried to finish, she said “hold” and never came back to complete my order. I had to go inside to order. Based on previous reviews, this is common practice at this location. The lack of customer service from her is unbelievable. I would encourage ownership to develop her skills in this area as she represents you to the customer.

The service is good but the past three times I have been here they CONSTANTLY mess up my order, leaving lettuce, tomatoes, even cheese out of my sandwiches.

Drive-thru was rude and short with their words. They would close the window half way through my sentence. This is the 3rd time we have had a bad experience with the drive-thru at this location.

Ordered 2 sandwiches with NO Olives and NO Onions. They repeated the order, I said correct, at the pick up window I asked, is it correct? They said YES.
Went home and Olives everywhere!!!
What? Who are these Zombies working these days????

They don't even sell a lot of what the online menu shows, and no apologies for it after driving there.
