I checked out scooters today for the first time ever! Need less to say, i will be back. The girl at the window with I believe reddish hair and cat shirt! She was so so sweet! The drink was made perfect. I ordered a bacon Chibatta and a maple chai, so delicious! The bacon was a little chewy for my liking but my over-all experience was a 10/10. Will be back!

Completely a waste of 7 to $10, go to Dutch bros or Starbucks, this place in early 2025 had great service and coffee, now by November your order is wrong regardless and it the customers fault when received, with old staff looks at you like your stupid. I found mine being launched out my window into the drive thru when leaving, will never go back here

on november 19 at 7:28 i went to the drive thru because i just downloaded the app. it said i have a free drink so i wanted to try. the lady at the window was having issues using scanning my scooters app. she took my phone and was messing with the app and it still didn’t work. then she said “oh our app is down” which is very annoying and inconvenient because i went out my way to try scooters for the first time. as someone who works in customer service i feel like i should have been given the drink for free because regardless id be getting my free drink eventually through the app. i asked if there’s anything’s we can do and she said no. i should have just went to my regular coffee spot. 0/5 customer service. very disappointed.

Didn’t blend the smoothie fully and it didn’t really taste like anything other than crunchy ice chunks. Couldn’t really drink the smoothie, had to chew it
